   Leave a treat for Milo

Sweetheart, from his previous owner, he seems to take to it well. I gave him a full name of Sir Milo Shakespeare Willow Navar the 1st, in honor of all the other beautiful kittys, in my life, that his markings look like.

Kitty Complexion:
sleepyvery active
not curiousvery curious
not vocalvery vocal

Gotcha Date:
December 19th 2010

Brown-Patched Tabby

To go outside, but he is housebound for fear he will run away, new home you know...

My other cat Navar and puppy Maya...eventually this will end...

Favorite Toy:
He doesn't have one yet, but we will soon discover one...

Favorite Nap Spot:
Milo has his own bedroom right now, with his own bed, but he has a tendency to hide under my bed for undisturbed sleeps...

Favorite Food:
currently fed Meow Mix, but he has taken a liking to the regular food I buy, which are a blend of EVO and Orijen

Milo is an AMAZING jumper...Day 1 in his new home, he jumped from the floor to the hall mirror and held on with his claws...Day 2 he was given a brief permit to the backyard and jumped to the top of the 6 foot fence in one leap!!!

Arrival Story:
I decided last Saturday that I wanted another cat, so I proceeded to do a search on my favorite sales website, to find myself a kitty in need of a good home. I came across this ad, that spoke to me, so I called to inquire, leaving a voicemail message. The next day I looked again and he was still posted, so I called again and left another message. Later that day I got a call back and everything fell into place so quickly. I made arrangements to go pick up my new baby and the rest, as they say, is history.

Milo was advertised as a 2 year old cat, but silly me forgot to request his official birthdate...unfortunately, the person I adopted him from is now long gone out of the country...I can't believe I forgot to get such importnat information.

Christmas 2010

On December 24, sometime in the afternoon, my new mom let me outside on my harness and tether, but I decided that that was not good enough, so when mom wasn't looking, I Houdini'd myself out of my harness and ran away. Mom went looking for me right after she found me missing and then again later, before bedtime, came looking for me again.
Mom was very sad that I disappeared. I don't know what I was thinking, but I decided it best if I go back hom...after 12 hours of gallivanting around the neighborhood.
Grandma never responded to my early morning cries on Christmas morning, but later, after taking mom to work, she finally payed attention to me and let me into the house. Mom was so happy to hear of my return, that she had to stop herself from tears...would't look good if she was crying at work.
Mom said when she was asked what she wanted for Christmas, she said "I want Milo to come home!!"...I guess I gave mom the best Christmas present ever.
