I would assume the expression started in the south but I really don't know. What can I tell you? I am a Canuck! Your expression does sound southern to me. Mom says she has actually been to a barbecue where people literately did pick at the pig to get the meat off but most parties will have some one pulling it off and chopping it up for you. Our area is known for their barbecue, but mom said she prefers Texan barbecue more. Sense Reagan came down here to buy furniture for the white house and stopped at this place called Lexington Barbecue, ever president sense has done the same. Except I thank Obama went to Tommy's Barbecue instead. It's a tradition now. Hey teddy, Mom put Gris's prize picture up for his header now. It's absolutely gorgeous! Hope we don't miss the horseshoes... We have a Green bay Packer corn hole game Miranda here at the house! We love playing it. We can set ours up too and have two games playing at the same time. Mom said after we go Mud bogging we can always go polar diving in the old watering hole! Then we'll get the big bon fire going with a couple fire barrels along the edge of the field and we'll get the music going and dance the night away! Unfortunately, the nights get kinda cold here so fluff up your fur. Maybe we can cut through the old tractor raods on Mom';s tractor. It's still her Daddy's but he calls it Chris's tractor.
