Amazing how things remind you of the pastMarch 25th 2011 6:52 am[ View A Comments (11) ]
As you know our playlist this week is a very big deal. Zach with his #1 hits from 3/25 throughout the years and mine being country that went main stream during the 80's. River said Mike and the Mechanics reminded his mom of someone. And my Mom keeps thinking about her Dad's parents lately.
oh my friend mom loved reading this and she going to share some of her own memories later about her grandma who was 104 passed in 08....mom is at worki now MOL we came here to check pawmail and your diary caught her eye. thanks for sharing. hugs and purrs We loved reading about your Grandpa and Grandmother! Thank you for sharing those wonderful memories. Hugs, Kaci & Miss Mittens Thank you for sharing your memories with us. Hi Zoe Sunshine! I read you liked Edwina's picture we sent her. Well, we found one for you. Hope you like it. Just Because (Click on link) Have a great day! ~Rory, Tundra, Manytoes, & Lynzee~ Hi Zoe, Your grandparents sound like they were really great. I want to see Zach's John Wayne imitation again. Hey, I think you are getting tuxies mixed up - I was the one who said that the Mike and the Mechanics song "In the Living Years" reminded Mom of someone (just wanted to let you know :) ) Unless River said the same thing? Happy Weekend! Luv, Gump Have I said Mom's a dodo yet? Oh yeah, I wrote a whole diary on it. That's okay, there's one family that has a Tuxxie kitten and Mom called her a little dude like 5 times. It became a joke in between Mom and her Mother. You know what cured it? Mom sent her a note saying just this.... Oreo- girl Oreo- girl Oreo- girl, she wrote that like 10 times. Oreo's Mom was rolling. But it worked! MOL! Hey, buddy, no worries. Our mom's a dodo sometimes, too! She always tries to post on Catster without making dumb typos, but just can't seem to. I bet that little tuxie girl liked being called little dude! Or maybe she could have been little dudette? Got it Dudette. Oreo- Dudette I like that you shared your stories with us! They really seem like wonderful people. I bet the stories they told were awesome. Sometimes my Mom gets to thinking about family members that are no longer with us. It is sad that they are not here, but they left us so many great stories and memories. Purrs and hugs, Maedia PS Tomorrow, when I have more time, I am going to check out your playlist.. I love you Maedia. Your so sweet. I liked that you shared your stories - they seem like great people. |
