Busy busy busy...you know the prechristmas drill. Mom was ran ragged at work and the last minute shopping still isn't done. About our Christmas cards...they still aren't in the mail so our apologizes to our great friends that our on our list. Mom said she's still going to send them but they will probably be more like New Years Eve cards...a matter of fact that's not a bad idea. When the cards stop coming in you've got ours to look forward to. Seeing we always have a big New Years Eve blow out anyway. This year it will be at the pool hall....but we'll talk about that latter.

We have lots and lots of pics to share..we will try to not to overwhelm you with pics so they will be spread out within the week.

On the news of the tree...still up and in tact. Gris has been really good. Diamond on the other hand has torn up some of the gift wrapping (trying to get her ball out from under the tree)and Buddy (grandparents dog almost knocked it over trying to get to the water. I said it before and will say it again....Dogs are nothing but trouble but Mom said she loves them despite what I think.

Anyway, Mom has got to get ready to go buy gifts for our neighbors..she's thinking flower pots, flags and wind chimes.

Zach this sounds like the pre chrsitmas drill at our place as well. Mind you mum didn't shop for anyone as such she gave everyone money and told them to go do the shopping for her. She hates shopping at any tim especially at this time of year.

Work has been really busy for my mum too. She looking forward to a couple of days off.

MOL! Well let me put it this way....Mom is usually more organized and focused during the holidays.... but know this she always waits till the last minute to shop (she finds that part of the Christmas fun) And just like you can bet you can always see thirsty African animals at the local watering hole, you can bet you will see her at the store Christmas Eve buying drinks and gift cards for everyone she forgot about.

Sleep, Fearless and Sammie yes we have three trees up...one 7 ft real tree, a large tabletop with your ornaments on it in Zach's room and one little tabletop tree on Mom's dresser. (beside our food bowls...yum yum)
