Arrival Story:
We went to the SPCA and Rocko was there with his brother, Bobby-o. I asked to see him and he went on my lap instantly purring and started climbing my shirt. He was the cutest and sweetest thing. His brother ran out of the cage. I wish I had also adopted Bobby-o so Rocko would have someone to play with. So if you're out there, Bobby-o, Rocko wants to see how you're doing!

Rocko is a tuxedo cat so he is always dressed for a party. He is almost 3 years old and is a Leo. I have never heard him spit. He is a jolly good fellow. Right now, Rocko is a well-travelled cat! He did well in our big move, from San Francisco to San Diego, from San Diego to Manila, Philippines! I am so proud of him...he rode with us in the plane cabin, of course, but it was a very long flight and he was such a good boy. Now he is enjoying the new sights and sounds of the "wild" as he explores the indoor garden of our home. He snubs the family dog and chases tropical bugs. He makes frequent trips from our place in the suburbs to our place in the city, which he prefers because he is a city cat at heart. Update: Now we are back in San Diego! Rocko is happy with the cooler weather and loves his new cat tree and window view. Where will we end up next? Rocko is hoping to go back to San Francisco but we'll see...

It's so hot these days that my meowmie tried to give me a haircut. But it came out all choppy and I looked like a raggedy cat! Growl. Good thing she works at a grooming place and although she is not a groomer (now I know why!) but just a bather, she asked her friend at work to fix my horrible haircut. I got a little lion cut, not too short because I'd look funny shaved! It's grown back a bit but as you can see from that last picture, it's still shorter. I think I look much slimmer. When it was really short, they said I looked like I was wearing spandex. I feel like a verrrrry sexy cat. Rrrrrr!
