Arrival Story:
For the past 9 years I've been feeding homeless cats, every night. Now, however I have help from a non-profit organization called Forgotten Felines, they are wonderful.provide little houses, trap, spay and neuter tag and return them,as well as food.A lot of good people. Back to Wacky. I was there one evening, just gotten the cats fed an got into my truck.Just as I put it in reverse, never moved. Strange sudden flash came over me, (check behind back tires) I'm always real careful but this really happened. So back in park got out looked behind rear tire on drivers side and unbelievibly there was a tiny black and white kitten. At this point kittens were still being born there so I picked him up and put him safely out of harms way and proceeded to leave again. went through the same routine and again the flash feeling. So, got out and there he was again, same tire. I picked him up took a good look at him and overwhelmed with sorrow, wrapped him up in a sweater put him on my lap and drove home.Which is all suprise. These are all totally ferel. He was so sick I didn't think he'd live.He stunk had fleas as big as himself couldn't breath, so sad. at this point all we could do was pray and try. First a bath. Then warmth. Got water in him via eyedroper. bought canned cat milk, this was all working. all working but still sick.I knew he needed antibiotics but couldn't afford a vet then.I had some of my own 3 pills. I gave him these divided over a 10 day period. He improved drastically in the first day. By the 10 day, he was a new cat. Happy healthy and loving. He's so sensitive to our feelings .A total charactor. We couldn't love him more. He has been fixed but he dosn't know it.Sometimes we really have to pay attention to those sudden from out of noware thoughts. When I think of what could have been if I had not, Oh. forgotten Felines
