Hootie's Hoots

I don't normally pay attention to my lil sisfur but she has been having a hard time since she got fixed last monday. She licked her incision open and mommy had to take her in as an emergency visit. They had to sedate her, open her incision fully and clean it out. They re stiched it with big ugly stitches and put a cone on her head (they should have done that the first time) Her incision keeps leaking tissue fluid so mommy has to wash it and put a cream on it four times a day. It breaks mommies heart to do it cause Monkey cries when mommy washes it no matter how gentle she is. I wouldn't normally admit that I love my lil sisfur but I have been secretly licking monkey's head and checking on her a lot...shhh...don't let my secret out!!

We hope all our furiends are doing well!! We have been missing all of you!!!

Hiya everyfur!I want to thank Tate,Mo, Nonny, Kaci Sunshine, and calico junction for remembering my big sisfurs rainbow bridge day. Mommy and I were so happy that others still think of her. She was a one of a kind sweetheart.

On another note....I have gotten used to my new little sisfur. She isn't too bad as long as she isn't trying to steal my food away from me!! Monkey is a lover and a player. It has become such a joy to have her in our home. I even played with her!!

So this new kitty is related to me??? I heard mommy talking about my furmaly tree. Monkey's daddy was my brother from my furmom's litter after me. Monkey's furmom was my sister from my furmom's litter after her daddy. So I suppose we are related, share the same intelligence, but otherwise we are very different. Monkey is all over mommy...YUK...can you just imagine all the human germs she must be carrying around? All I know is just because we are related does NOT get her paw in the door with me!
