Super-happy update!July 22nd 2011 2:15 pm[ Leave A Comment | 15 people already have ] I have a very happy update to my sad diary entry from July 13th: ALL THREE CATS HAVE BEEN ADOPTED!!! The pawrents of Mr. Sam at the Bridge have decided to adopt Minda, Paula, and Merry. They will live happily efur after in their wonderful new furever home. It's about 5 hours away from their former home, so they won't have too terribly far to travel to arrive at their new home, where they will be loved and pampered for the rest of their lives. Thanks to all for your purrs and purrayers which helped to bring about this happy ending to a sad story.

We are thrilled to hear this pawsome news! The angel train of purrs and prayers has worked! And to top it off, they will all be together! Such happiness! Thanks for letting us know buddy! We're so happy for them. So sad for their owner, we wish her a very peaceful passing when it's her time. Thank you for sharing the joy, efurryone! Alex, the girls' mom passed away last Monday (July 18th). She was in hospice care. We purray that her passing was peaceful. That's great news! Yay!! Ohhh, yes we pray for that also. I'm sure she would be so happy to know her babies will be well taken care of and loved and most importantly, stay together! Vern, did the other lady pick up the kitties yet? Do you know how it's going? Alex, the three cats went to their new home on Friday, July 30th. Minda (her new owners call her "Mindy") sat in her new mommy's lap for most of the 5-hour ride home. Their mom has posted lots of photos on her Facebook page of the girls in their new home. They are adjusting beautifully, exploring their new surroundings and enjoying all of the love and attention they are receiving! The angels must have had a paw in this, because it was truly a match made in Heaven! :-) YYYYAAAAYYYYYY! What a great happy ending to a horrible situation. Thank you Vern for sharing all of this.
