Tis the season fur fun!!!

Happy Holidays!!!

Wow! Has this year gone by fast! As you know, I'm a big girl now, still as sassy as ever and just as happy as can be! Mom says that I'm a little stinker (no, she says something else, but I can't say it!) and I know I am. I'm just a girl with a mind of her own, and does whatever I want.

I noticed that when I jump on the fridge in the basement, I can look outside, so I spent alot of time up there, but now there's nothing to see, so I'm looking fur something else to do. Hmmm.

I helped put up the tree, I mean I tasted all the branches to make sure they were okay. Surprisingly, I'm not too interested in the tree or the ornaments, but I sure like to sleep under the tree. The skirt is so soft I like how it feels under my fur. MOL! Now, there's some pressies under the tree, so maybe I'll chew on the bows like I did last year.

It's funny, because Tally is always growling and hissing at me, but yet, she waits fur me and then we jump each other and then the chase is on - sometimes up the stairs, or jumping on the couch or just running through the house! It's fun. But one thing that I think is fun, but mom and dad will beg to differ is when my kibble is just about empty, I bite either mom or dad's feet. Momma says I better not do that or Santa Paws won't bring me anything, but I don't believe it. Just look at me, how could Santa not bring me anything? MOL!!!!

I hope every kitty is enjoying the holiday season and counting down the days until Santa comes!!!

Diary Pick Again!

Hi ya kitties!

I'm a diary pick today!!! Mom was purrty surprised when she saw the email on her phone this morning, but she couldn't help me write my diary until she got home from work, then momma had to help daddy with dinner and then momma went and took a nap.

She hasn't been sleeping well and I suppose me biting on her feet at 4am isn't helping either - but I do bite daddy's feet too, so she shouldn't feel like I pick on just her.

I've been chasing Bella and Tally around alot lately and Tally is hissing at me somethin terrible! I have been furry naughty, spilling the cup of water almost everyday and then the placemat on the table gets all wet and when momma sees it, she says, "SOPHIA LAUREN!!!!" *giggles*

Sometimes I'm a sweet little angel and then *poof* I'm the devil kit and terrorize everyfur in the house! Just a part of growing up!!

I wish all my kits a Happy Halloween! Be safe!!!

Trip to the vet

Good morning kitties!

This morning mom brought down a pet porter and all three of us including Nikki went and hovered around it.... Bella came running and started rubbing her head against it and Nikki was sniffin as I was patiently waiting fur my turn to sniff.

When it was my turn, momma scooped me up and gently scooted my butt in there! Hey!!!! Momma, why you zip up the end??? Then she picked it up and off we went. Nikki was having a fit and running along side mom, sniffin me and then we went out to the car.

I am a purrty good girl, so I didn't say much when we got in the car, but once it started moving, then I had alot to say! Mew.. mew... mew... meeerowww.... meeerowwww.... and momma kept talkin back to me, it was kind of fun.

Once we got to the vet, we went into our room and the nice lady let me out and she put me on a scale - I'm 13.85 pounds!! The lady told mom that she could see my pooch .... *giggles* When Dr. Troy came in he told mom that I have a beautiful coat, that is was so soft and shiny *grins* and then he looked in my eyes and ears and even my mouth!!! I had a little wax in my ears and he cleaned them out and then told mom that I have allergies. Nothing to worry about unless my eye start to run. Otherwise I am one healthy kit!!! I did hiss at Dr. Troy when he gave me my shots! Ouch! They hurt!!! *giggles*

When we got home, I was all lovey, and Nikki was giving me kisses because she missed me!

I'm a big girl now!!!

1 year Gotcha Day!!!

Hi ya kitties!!!

I kept telling momma that yesterday was my Gotcha Day and she kept looking at the calendar and saying "it's either today or tomorrow". Well, now it was yesterday!!!

Anycat, I've been in my furever home, with mommy, daddy, doggie sisfur Nikki and kitty sisfurs Bella and Tally and we are one big, happy furmily!!!

I've meowed it once, I've meowed it a thousand times over, I am the luckiest kitty in the world!! *jumps up and down* I am so loved and so happy and I have the best pawrents and sisfurs any kit could ask fur! I love my furriends, Maggie, Lilac, Sookie, Pawlly, Zippie, Lolly, Chip, Tyler, Romeo, Mister, Rudy, Diogi..... oh I hope I didn't furget anycat!!! Oh dear!!! I love hanging with the Nascat group, we all cheer fur Tony and Jr and sometime Happy Harvick, we have so much fun and Tally makes the bestest nip dip ever!!!!

I may have been a little, big kit when I flew on the plane all by myself one year ago, and I'm a big kit now, momma says a little too big maybe *looks at self* and I still have the sassiness of the calico, but that's what makes me - me!!!

I love you Auntie Nessa and Uncle Kevin, thanks fur giving my mommy and my furblings a chance! I love you too sisfur Tiger Lilly!

It's my Birthday!!!!

Happy Birthday to me!!!!

When mommy woke up, she scooped me up and sang Happy Birthday to me!! Mommy says one year ago today I was born at Auntie Vanessa's along with my other furblings to my kitty momma.

Auntie Vanessa and Uncle Kevin took good care of us, they loved us lots!!! When we got bigger, Auntie Vanessa started looking fur homes fur us and my mommy took one look at me and told Auntie Vanessa that she wanted me!!!!

Uncle Kevin made arrangements fur me to fly on a plane to my new home! I was a good passenger and when my plane arrived, I met my new mommy, daddy and Auntie. When we got to the car, Auntie let me out and gave me some food - I was hungry!!!

Anycat, my first year has been grrrreat! Momma says I'm all grown up now! I've come along way from the 2lbs I was when I first came home!!

Diary Pick!

Holy Cats!

Momma looked in her email and saw a bunch of messages from Catster and then read that I was the featured Diary Pick of the Day!! My little face is on the homepage! Whoa!!!

I'm so honored that I was chosen... thank you furry much!!!

Thank you to all the kitties that sent me rosies and concatulations I sure appuricate it!!!

Since this is a special day fur me, I think after I get some good lap time from momma, with a good belly rub I'm gonna lay on the couch and look at all the birdies at the feeder and then take a nap.

Then I'm going to spill the cup of water on the table and momma can't even yell at me! *giggles* I'm just kiddin!!

Summer!!!

Hi ya!!

It's been awhile since momma helped me update my diary, but she had something called a spinal fusion back in May and couldn't type. I heard daddy say that this was her fourth surgery. Not quite sure what that meant, but I sure like having mommy home everyday.

I still wake her up every morning by biting her foot, and she yells at me, and I just giggle. I may almost be one, but I'm still a furry sassy kitty at heart! MOL.

So, a lot has been going on since my last update, not just mommy's surgery, but I got to go outside! Momma said because I'm so fast, I have to be on a leash in case I see something and try to take off. Mommy & daddy didn't really have anything to worry about because I'm not so sure of the "outside". Bella and Tally love it out there. They eat grass (yuk) and Tally usually finds a nice sun spot and goes to sleep. Bella likes to either sit on the swing or on one of the patio chairs.

To be honest, I'm not quite sure what to make of it. There's alot to see out there and there's alot of noise, so I tend to get a little nervous. But one good thing is, when I want to go in, I walk to the door and I go back in. We'll see how things go, as long as it stays nice out.

My caterday is just a few weeks away and I'll be ONE! I'm a big girl now. I can't believe how fast the year has went. I celebrated alot of "firsts", my favorite being watching all the birds, squirrels, chippy and the bunnies that sit in our yard. I just love to sit in the window. I can just lay there fur hours.

I am just one happy kitty and enjoying life!!!

A day fur love?

Mommy says tomorrow is Valentine's Day... not sure what that is. Dad says its a "hallmark holiday" and mom laughs and told me that they've been together too long and all mom wants is fur daddy to take the garbage out.

I've celebrated alot of firsts this year and they've all been fun! This morning I woke mom up by nipping at her feet at 5:15am, she says that I haven't learned the time yet. She keeps telling me Saturday and Sunday they get to sleep in, but I guess I just don't understand or just don't want to listen. I think it's that I don't want to listen.

I'm a kit with my own mind and I do what I want, whenever I want. MOL! That's what makes me - me!!!

New Year!

Hi everycat!

I haven't updated my diary in awhile (momma!)

I'm now 7 months old and a big girl! Auntie says she can start to see a "pooch" on me... I looked, but I'm not sure what she's meowing about! MOL!

So, my first Catsmas was furry exciting! I was really good with the tree, with the exception of knocking the snowman off the tree and once trying to bite a light, but other than that, I didn't bother it much. Much to mommy and daddy's surprise!


Me and Bella are the best of buds, I snuggle up and sleep with her whenever I get a chance. And me and Tally are getting along good too! She still growls at me when I'm having my "witching" hour but we chase each other around the house. And of course, Nikki is my buddy too. Sometimes I help her finish her supper and momma says "No, Sophie that's Nikki's food!" MOL!

Yesterday was furry exciting.... momma tried to put the Packer bandana on me, and I wasn't cooperating furry well, but she managed to get a picture. Grandpaw and Auntie came over and we all watched the football game yesterday and the Packers won!! We're going to the Super Bowl! Not sure what that means, but if it means that there's going to taco dip on the table again, I'm all fur that!!! MOL!

Today, momma is trying to clean up the files and I keep sliding on the papers and trying to rip them up and mommy keeps telling me, "Sophie, NO!!!" But I'm doing it anyway!!!

I am just one happy kitty! I love my home so much and I love my furmily and I'm just HAPPY!!!!

Oh! There's more paper on the floor..... gotta go!!

Diary Pick?

Hi!!

OMC! I got chosen as a diary pick today! To tell the truth, I had no idea what that meant!! MOL! Then mommy said, "Sophie, you're a diary pick today and that means that every kitty on Catster will see your page!" Holy cats! Thank cat that mom changed my wallpaper just in time!!!

*giggles* So, mom has been wondering if Nikki has been eating our kibble during the day, because the bowl is almost empty when they get home, and then when mom picked me up, she realized that I'm the one eating all the kibble! I told her it's because I'm a growing kit and I hafta get big like my sisfurs! MOL!!!

*looks at self* I think I look pretty good! I got nice legs and soft, shiny fur, so I'm doing okay!!!
