I just happened to visit a rescue site that handles kitties from across the country. I was there last year to "look at" Sphynx and Siamese.
No thanks just looking please! I have my Boyz.
Well there was a posting. "Bobtail adoption has fallen through! Please help!" I opened the post and there was a picture of "Corkie".
I was thinking: Well, I don't know, he is cute, he is male, he is a rescue, he... OK lets try this! Sent the email! Filled out the application. Found transport! Done!
We are now introducing him to the Kits as they are segregated from the boyz. He is in a nice big cage until we get his FIV FELV done today 09/21 at 4pm.

Spring is coming. It's right around the bend.
Days of watching the critters out the window.
Plenty of light so Dad stays up a bit later to play with us.
Great Whiffies coming in the screens.
Best of all is that I get my Kitty Holster on and go out!
Dad says he is going to put a little deck out front so he can sit while I do my thing. Sounds great Dad.
Uh, Dad, why aren't you down there doing what is needed for...

Oh-My-Cat!
What is happening? I seem to have lost my edge! Oh woe is me none of the Bro-furs shake with fear when I come up to nudge them. They no longer yell “Uncle” before my paw touches them! Let me explain.
Yesterday I wanted the Ham-mick that Mr Buttons was sitting on. Ok I admit I was being cranky.
Grumble, Mumble, Gripe, Groan.
So I asked him very nicely if I could use it fur a bit.
HEY KID! Yes You! Get Moving! I want to lay on that Ham-mick!
Imagine my COMPLETE SURPRISE!
He GAVE ME A NIP! He nipped my ear!
Oh the SHAME! I have lost my touch fur sure.
What’s next? Uh-Oh! Here comes Buddy Budd. I better split. Think of some solution for next time we meet. PLEASE!

Hey... Hey... Whew hold on a second while I catch my breath...
OK thats better. I just had to tell every cat about my family.
Today I got up expecting a big party. I see Toby and run up to say hello and he is like "Oh. Good Mornin" and walks off. Hmmm.
I see Timmy. Hi Timmy I say. "Yo Rump. Can we talk later I have some business to do." I was shattered. They furgot.
It was difficult to not break down. So I go into the living room. I was not even interested in Dads Treats.
I had just got on the tree where I get my treat when every cat, and Dad too, turned around and sang Happy Birfdayz to me! Wow! Then they all gathered around and Dad gave me some Fancy Feast along with my treats. We all shared.
Wow! What a Great Family! I cant believe I am 3 years old. Gee.
I will post some pictures later.
