Oh boy I am having fun this summer, the crickets are back what fun they are and to see Mom & Dad find them on the floor...I just sit there and laugh! I do eat a little of them but mostly just kill them after playing and chasing them.

Now I have to tell you I love to chase flies around the house and jump up on the patio screen door..I get in trouble when I do that, I just look at Mom and say you want me to get that fly or not...the other day I grossed Mom out I ate the fly...she saw me I am not sure I liked eating it but I got rid of it....Mom keeps saying Tu Two you are a princess you are not suppose to eat flies they are nasty nasty insects, just kill them and leave them like you do the crickets...I must admit I am not sure I want to eat another fly.. I think I will just continue to play & chase the crickets...

Now we are having the hot summer days in the 90's and muggy. We all just lay around and sleep til it cools off when nite comes, then we all head to the open windows to watch the night creatures come out....that is when I know the crickets are on their way to invade my house...I must protect my house even from little insects and bugs.

This is how I am spending my summer days! what fun

Meowmy furgets who it was, but one of us kitties caught a huge fly...and when it was in our mouth it buzzed so hard it got spat out! MOL! If your Mom thinks what you did was gross...this was way more so!
Finally it got cooler around here, hooray!

Sounds like you are having a pawsome summer playing with the crickets and flies! And maybe eating them too! Mom saw me eat a bug once and wasn't too happy either! Especially when I licked her face!! MOL!

Tu Two, I jus' wanna gives you a warnin'. DON' EAT GRASSHOPPERS-they's nas'y, nas'y, nas'y! I tried an' I spitted it out an' coulnant gets a nas'y taste outta my mouth fur long time. YUCKY!

I like flies--jus' a lil exter protien fur us. MOL

Hi Simon Moms they just don't understand that bugs are good protein and we are trying to keep them from bothering them after all we are hunters. Licking your Mom after eating the bug not good!

Thanks for the warnin Ingen great advice! I don't think I have seen one of those bugs but I will keep my eyes out for one and make sure I don't try to eat it...doesn't sound like it was any good....protein yeah we need protein...what to our Moms think we would be doing if we lived on our own and outside....eating buggies.

Jezebel I do have fun getting the buggies, I am protecting Mom and my house...she hates bugs...
