Hi Everybody!

Well the big day is tomorrow! Valentine's Day! This is my first year of celebrating because Mom said I was too young last year. It is kind of a confusing holiday... Why do you choose one Valentine? Can I have more than one...look at all the handsome mancats we have in this place! MOL! What do I do if more than one mancat asks me to be his Valentine? Can I write to "Dear Tabby" to ask for dating advice?

I have a my very first Valentine this year...His name is Smokie Boo He is beautiful, A Russian Blue, with gorgeous green eyes. He can be a tough, just ask some of his siblings, but yet he is such a loving, sweetheart. We have things in common....We both like Fancy Feast and love to be petted. We both like watching the birds (Sorry, Tabbies!). We are both from big, furry families. And while I was looking through his photos, I see that we have similar taste in home decor. We have the very same tulip placemat in our house that Smokie does in his! (I don't know how to do the links for photos,sorry.)

Dear little Roni,
Thank you for honoring me to be your valientine! I think you're a very lovely young ladycat! I promise I'll be a gentlemancat!
You are very young and I would not expect you to turn down another Valenine if you should be asked and want to be accepted. After all, many lovely little ladycats have their dance card filled with Gentleman Callers.....
If I could, I would send you my favorite can of Fancy Feast to enjoy.
Or my most favorite cardboard box to sit in.

I have not been a valentine before, so please excuse me if I am not doing it well.

Mom always likes to put placemats under our wet and dry food, because some of us make a mess!

Oh Smokie-boo you are a wonderful Valentine! We are both new at this; but I think we are doing just fine. I think that would be a wonderful date. We can share a can of fancy feast like those doggies shared the spaghetti in that Disney movie and then we can snuggle together in your cardboard box. I'm not fancy (except for Fancy Feast) I love the simple pleasures in life.

IF you want to post pictures in your diary, you need to upload the picture to photobucket, then you go here
in the first box you copy and paste the direct url code for the picture (that photobucket gives you.) You give a title; then click on create forum code. If you did it right, you will see a preview picture; Have fun!
