Being with you. He absolutely adores being paid attention to and petted. He also likes to go on walks with us!

Pet-Peeves:
Being pestered by the kittens. However, he is a wonderful role model. He has been great to all the kittens that we have adopted. They love him so much.

Favorite Toy:
Any fur mouse. He loves to do the "hind-leg-rabbit-kick." Yeah, you know what I'm talking about.

Favorite Nap Spot:
Snuggled on the bed in a pile of laundry. But he really just likes to lay against us, no matter where we are.

Favorite Food:
Tuna, by far. He hears the can and comes a-running!

Skills:
Cougar will stand up on his hind legs and pull your hand down to his mouth to get a treat! He doesn't care what it is!

Arrival Story:
Cougar is the first animal that my husband and I adopted together. He was four years old and a rather feral kitty who had never had a home. He was huge! We had gone to the pound to adopt another kitty who had been there for over a year and who was grossly obese. However, she had just been adopted. The shelter worker said that they had another cat almost as big as her, but that he was wild. We saw him and fell in love with him instantly. He wasn't "wild", just scared and used to being alone. He has been with us now for over 4 years, and he is totally dependent upon us for affection! He is just a big baby!
