Her full name is Coriander, but we always called her Corry or 'Corrycats'

Likes:
She loved sleeping by the fire, and having her ears and chin tickled. When she was a young cat she used to jump up into bed with us in the mornings and sit on your tummy (nice and cosy and squashy!)

Pet-Peeves:
She was definately smart, she'd know if we said something rude about her (eg. eww... your breath stinks old girl!) - she'd stick her nose in the air and walk off :)

Favorite Toy:
She loved chasing string! If you put your hand under a blanket she'd pounce on the lump in the blanket and her tail would puff up like a toilet brush

Favorite Nap Spot:
By the fire, or on the window sill so she could look out at all the birdies in the garden

Favorite Food:
As a special treat she had chicken liver, although it smelt reaaaal bad :-s

Skills:
She made a great furry purry hotwaterbottle on cold mornings!

Arrival Story:
We got her 19 years ago from a breeder in Essex. We also got another Burmese from a different breeder at the same time, a Red called Pepper, who died some years ago.

Bio:
We miss her so so much, she was truly a member of the family, not just a pet. She did well for her age, and lived for quite a few years with failing kidneys. Then, one horrible morning we came downstairs and she was so weak, she couldn't hold her head up and was very shakey on her legs. The vet concluded she must have had a stroke. She didn't seem to be in any pain so we gave her a lot of TLC, knowing the end was near. On the day she died, we think she had suffered another stroke as her condition had worstened, and we decided to call the vet who came over and helped her slip away peacefully.
