My dearest fur husband Vern is an angel. He passed away and I am trying SO hard to be brave. Mommy said there was a little girl in Heaven that always wanted a kitty. Mommy said that Vern was called, so this little girl could have a kitty of her very own. She said Vern is running and playing and happy. So why am I so sad?
I love you Vern.

He loves ewe two minnie...eye promise....and sum day, ewe will see him again...eye promise that two.....try knot ta be sad coz vern doez knot want two see ewe hurt ...and he noes ewe R trying yur veree veree best ta be brave N he understands....it will just take sum time...always remember knot onlee is vern yur husband.....now he iz yur guardian angel.......XO......dude K.

Oh Sweet Minnie, we are sorry you are sad....we know it is hard, humans have a hard time and get sad too...but your Mom is right...one day it will be easier for you, Vern will always be here with you.

I don't come to Catster very often (I'm too busy flying around, sprinkling angel dust and playing at the Bridge) but I just stopped by and saw this diary entry that you left more than two months ago! I hope your tears have dried by now. So long as you keep me in your heart, I am never far away. I love you furever.
