Introducing Queenie!

Queenie found her way into our hearts through a friend. Apparently she had been abandoned and took up residency under a friends shrub in the front yard. She was so lovable, that our friend could not ignore her so she gave me a call. Next thing you know, we are getting her prepped for life in our house! While giving her a bath, my husband noticed that Queenie was just a little pregnant. Well actually a lot! We ended up welcoming two cats into our lives in total.

These days Queenie stays to herself most of the time, but her daughter will get playful and try to get mom to wake up from her nap. Sometimes it works, but other times Queenie just hisses. Sounds like some mother and daughter relationships I know of!

Anyway, I love Queenie and all cats. I have worked in a shelter for kittens and cats which are available for adoption. I also have a litter box and cat supplies website and do donate to those shelters that promote life through adoption. Thankfully Queenie never had to see a shelter, but so many furry felines do.
