indoors Arrival Story: After Marvin's sudden passing, the house did not seem right. Mom said everything was the same except Marvin was missing, she knew she had to change something, and that something was me! At first, she didn't know what she was going to do. She looked around at shelters, at older cats, at kittens. She made a few attempts to add to the family, but they fell through. Then Mom started talking to the breeder who she got Minka from again. She didn't have any kittens or older cats available and the waiting lists for her two up coming litters were full, it wasn't looking good. But then the kittens that were born were not the colours that everyone on the list was hoping for and Mom rose to the top of the waiting list! She got first pick, and that pick was me! So on Aug 7, Mom and Dad came and got me, and that's the story of how I got my new family. So my newest thing is to go and sleep under the bed in the spare bedroom all day. It's so dark and quiet under there that I just pass out for the day. The unfortunate side effect is that I am all rested up for an evening of shinanigans. This conflicts with Mom's ideas about what should happen at night and have hence forth been banned from the spare bedroom during the day. Do you really think this is fair? *pout*
