Arrival Story:
Ellie was brought to the shelter where I was a volunteer, 2 days after Xmas. She quickly became my favorite shelter cat ever. It was very hard to put her back in her cage, after cleaning it. She was with her sister, who was adopted right away. Ellie stayed behind until April when I named her after my mother, and brought her home. It was way too hard to be apart from her. Everyone who came to the shelter would have loved to adopt her, but they always told the people that she was already taken. She was way too sweet...just to give to anyone. Ellie loves everyone, and always wants to be right next to me all the time.

When Ellie came into the shelter with her sister, they were named Scarlet and Chyna.
