I adopted Max from HELP shortly before Christmas, 2008. Charlie was running around the house at night crying from boredom, and he needed a buddy! Max's mom was a stray who passed away 2 days after giving birth, so he was handraised. Max was at Petsmart in the cages they have for adoptable pets. He was there with his littermates. They were all named for the China Olympics because they were born during them. He was Beijing. There was also U-Bolt (Usain Bolt), Phelps (Michael Phelps), and Panda. They all looked very similar, but he was the runt of the litter. There was someone else who was interested in him, but I wouldn't put him down!
