Brown Tabby

To chew things (mostly cardboad boxes). She also loves belly rubs, catnip, treats, watching little animals move, and being carried around like a little princess.

When Jasper won't leave her alone, when no one pays attention to her, and when there is no food in the dish.

Favorite Toy:
A little green fuzzy mouse that no longer looks like a mouse. She also likes the little rubber wiggly worm toy she can chew on, and other fuzzy mice.

Favorite Nap Spot:
On the kitchen table in a sunny spot by the window. She also can be found in our bed, or on the cat tree near the window.

Favorite Food:
Meow Mix Market Selects wet food.

Opening cabinet doors, and waking people up by knocking things off tables.

Arrival Story:
In October of 2007, some time late at night, my fiance(now my husband) was bringing me home after a date when I heard some little squeaky kitten meows, and then I saw a little cat shoot under my house mate's car. I looked under, and there she(Lenore) was. She was so cute and little, she wouldn't let me touch her, but she kept coming closer, and she didn't look like she would run away. I felt like she would stick around a while, so I went in to the house to get her something to eat(my house mate had 3 cats). When I returned, I gave her the food, and she seemed really happy to have something to eat. She started coming to our back deck, and my house mate's and I would feed her there. I had to ear her trust, I would sit on the deck with her every day and she would rub on everything and walk around a few times before she would allow me to touch her, but the wait and all the patience was worth it(she has the silkiest fur). It was starting to get cold outside and I was worried for her, so I asked my fiance if we could take her in (we were going to be married in a few months), and when he agreed I was so happy. So, I got her to enter a cat carrier(I don't even remember how we managed that one) and we were off to the vet as quick as we could, so that she could come and live in the house. She had a check up, some shots, a flea bath, and she was spayed. When we came back for her, the vet told u that she was a very healthy 6 month old girl (my fiance was convinced she was a boy, but I knew she was a girl) and we took her back home where we had set up all kinds of goodies for her. She had her own liter box, food/water dish, and toys. She had to stay in that room with me until we moved out, but she was really happy to have a home.
