Itty Bitty Kitty Committee!

Stinky kitten...

I...ah...have this...problem. I have gas. BAD gas. Sometimes I'll be curled up with Mommy and I just have to let it rip. Mommy doesn't even know until it hits her, because they are silent, but MAN can I clear a room! Mommy says she doesn't understand how such a pretty, dainty little thing can smell like I do! Hopefully it's just a matter of my digestive system getting used to my food. It can be pretty darn embarrassing for a little lady!

Had my first vet check up!

Yesterday I had my very first vet check up. I was SUCH a good girl, Mommy told me so. The only thing I didn't like at all was having my ears cleaned and treated for yeast/bacteria. That was SUPER annoying! :( I started purring again right afterwards though. I also had my rabies vaccine which is required here by law. I'm a good kitty, I don't want to break the law. I was weighed and I am only 2.6 pounds! I knew I was a tiny girl, but wow, I need to get some meat on my bones. The vet said I can not be spayed until I am at least 4.5 pounds. Not sure what that means, but Mommy said it means more treats to help me gain weight, woohoooo! :) All in all, everything went well and I'm a pretty healthy girl!

A happy home!

What a very lucky kitten I am... I was on "death row" at the shelter, scheduled to be put to sleep because I was an older kitten with a kitty cold. No one wanted me and I was SO sad. Then Mommy gave me a chance, because she wishes EVERY kitty could have a chance at a forever home. I knew I could convince her to love me forever and it WORKED.

I really like it here! Most of the other kitties are very nice to me, especially Teyah. She's taken me under her paw and grooms me like a mama kitty. Cleo is a little mad, but even she is starting to get used to having me around. There are so many comfy places to fall asleep on and I get lots of food and fresh water all the time!
