Arrival Story:
My oldest daughter brought Bob-O home when he was just a tiny kitten. She was so excited because he had no tail. Well, Bob-O didn't like Erica and was always attacking her but he adored my husband so he became our kitten. He was very playful and loving. He loved Lexi and always wanted to play with her but she was already getting old and didn't care for him grabbing her tail. He would try to cuddle with her at night but she didn't want him to snuggle too close. The evening of March 31st Bob-O got on the bed and cuddled up with Lexi and she let him stay there. Four days later he got really sick and I took him to the vet. She said he had a bladder infection and gave him a shot and some antibiotics. The next morning he was so bad he couldn't hardly walk and couldn't hold his urine. I called the vet and she couldn't see him until that after noon. A couple of hrs later he got really bad and was screaming and couldn't walk. I picked him up and put wrapped him in his blanket and headed to the vet. She WAS going to see him no matter what! I got 5 miles from the house and Bob-O had a seizure. My mind knew he was gone but my heart wouldn't accept it. I pulled over and picked him up and started giving him mouth to mouth and started driving like a mad woman. I got to the Vet an she was with someone else but a nice man in the waiting room went and got her. I was crying so hard and still giving him mouth to mouth. She checked him and told me what I really already knew. I brought our little boy back home and called my husband to come home. We took turns holding him and rocking him and telling him how much we loved him. We buried him under his favorite tree. A few months later a friend asked if we wanted another bobtail. I started to tell her no but something made me say yes. She brought Rascal to us on Mothers day.She walked though the door and we both started crying. He is identical to Bob-O. Same markings and everything. I guess Bob-O didn't want us to keep grieving. For the 2 short yrs we had Bob-O he gave us so much love. We still miss him. I think part of him is in Rascal because he does all of the things Bob-O did plus more. My husband called Bob-O the son he never had. Rest in peace sweet little man.

Hi my handsome Bob-O... I can't believe it's been 4 yrs since you left us and went to the bridge. We still miss you so much. What do you think of your brother Rascal? Good name for him huh..

I seem to just stay so busy all the time.Every day I find something new to do. It's great. Me and Lexi are still getting along and guess what, I don't pull her tail anymore. hehehe..

Hi mommy,daddy and all my fur brothers and sisters, I'll keep hoping that it warms up for you all. Like Lexi said, it's so beautiful at the bridge. I have so many friends to play with plus my big sister Lexi. And guess what, we get along now. I miss you guys so much. It's weird that Rascal looks identical to me. I bet it's almost like me still being there. I love my new brother Skeebo. He's handsome and a smart dude..
