We have new neighbors. We wish we didn't. They are rough with their grown dog, just got 3 new puppies, and have a lovely siamese kitten running loose :( Mom's trying to help them understand its illegal to let cats run loose here, but they blow her off. She's tempted to snatch him but that's illegal too. Poor little guy :(
