We may be adopting a doggie that needs us

I was going to wait until we got her home but I am too
excited...Someone brought a stray dog into the vet's were I work, she is skin and bones,her nails were so horribly overgrown, was covered in fleas and just had...puppies, she looks like she is 1 or 2 years old,
just a baby herself,she looks like a chihuahua mixed with a rat terrier or Jack Russell.

She is so Smart and Sweet and she is missing her puppies, she cries and cries for them. The gentlemen that brought her in said he looked but did not see any puppies anywhere.

The first time I held her I fell in love! We have to wait until she gains some weight and gets the rest of her shots and gets spayed then we will have her meet Lady and see if they will be friends. My hubby met her and he fell in love too. We already know what her name...will be, she is a sweetheart so we will name her Liebchen (leebshun)that is
German for Sweetheart.

She wants me to hold her when I am at work, it is so hard to walk away and work, I want to hold her and give her all the love she has not had. I
think we have to wait to bring her home there is a wait time for someone to claim her but I would think that anyone who would abandon this sweet girl will not be looking to get her back. I would probably do and say some very bad things to them if they did show up.

Mom will not be doing a lot on my page for awhile, we are very very very very very sad right now after my sisters have went to rainbow bridge.
