Arrival Story: I delivered Fluffy and his sister Sissy. Their mama was a starving cat the day I found her. She was also in heat. The most beautiful tomcat in the neighborhood was his daddy. I had Fluffy neutered at 8 months old. It's hard to see from the pictures but Fluffy was considered a male calico. The vet asked me if I knew how rare male calicos are. I didn't. A week after the surgery Fluffy went up a tree and stayed up it for 2 days. At that point I called a friend with the fire department and he came with a ladder and got him down. Fluffy was an indoor/outdoor cat. I let him out one morning and that night he didn't come when I called him. My neighbor 2 houses over called and said Fluffy was dead in the road. My husband went and buried my little baby near where he was hit. I made him go back and dig him up and bring him home. Fluffy was buried under the shade tree where he always lay.
