Nothing new and exciting today-- just a lazy day, hanging out by the windows and catching some sun!
Mom wanted to take me outside but the neighborhood cat was walking around and he is not fond of other cats! :( What a sour puss! That was all right with me, though. All I really wanted to do was nap!
Mom did a lot of cleaning today and replaced my litter. She is trying Fresh Step now. Mom likes the smell better than my old litter. She was worried I wouldn't like it but I am fine with it! As long as it's clean and it feels good on my toes, I don't care!
The house is very hot; there is no AC so we have to rely on the outside breeze from the windows. I was a smart kitty and made sure to drink plenty of water.
When it got dark and a bit cooler, I played for a bit with my toys. Now back to laying around... I hope tomorrow it rains. I love watching the rain drops. :)

We have no air conditioner neither, just like you, we are relying on the the breeze. Glad to know we are not alone! At least I didn't want to play last night-- too hot! I went straight to bed which made Mom and Dad very, VERY happy! :) But I am still hoping for rain... It's hot again today! :)
