Skills:
This cat purrs ridiculously loud, hence his nickname of Diesel. He survived 3 surgeries, because the vet thought he may have had a sarcoma, but it was just a REALLY bad infection. He had to wear the protective cone for a long time, which was hysterical!

Arrival Story:
He showed up at our house one night, skin and bones - and never left after we fed him. Ever since he came to us, he has left the yard maybe two times. We think he was abandoned by his previous owner, because he was neutered and really friendly. He had to endure 3 surgeries for a bizarre bacterial infection a few years after he came to us. Luckily, he made it through in good health. In Summer 2004 he had to be put on medication for hyperthyroidism, but continued to live a full life.

Bio:
Zeebo had to be put down on July 4th, 2005. We took him to an emergency vet because breathing and walking more than a few steps at a time suddenly became extremely diffficult for him. After a few tests, the vet believed he was suffering from renal failure. We couldn't bear to put him through more tests and the like. He's no longer with us, but I hope he continues to make many friends through Catster.
