indoors Arrival Story: I was looking for a companion for my other cat, Miss Twinkle, a younger busy body who needs a lot of attention, when I stumbled onto this gorgeous girl at a Petsmart on a cat adoption day. She caught my eye, and her sweet temperament and big blue eyes won me over.
I intended to adopt an older cat for several reasons - older cats are harder to place and less likely to survive their homeless ordeal, and I really didn't have time to devote to a kitten. Adult cats already know the ropes. I was looking for the right one, and found her. Zasu is very adaptable, she has perfect manners, and slipped right into the household routine. Bio: Zasu was living in a good foster home through Cat Network when I found her. They had rescued her from a bad situation in an over-crowded pseudo-rescuer / hoarder compound that was closed down, and she was one of the few survivors. I don't know what she endured, but you would never know she was ever treated like anything less than a princess. Zasu is very trusting and affectionate, and has a zest for life. When it is time to eat she comes running with a little skip in her step.
Zasu's coat and dappled light and shadow markings are unique, like a French impressionist watercolor painting. She has different look from every angle.
