Hey everyone I have a new blog entry!
It was a good read, and reminded us and meowmy of the times when we had to get a new roof, then all new doors and windows...and so on...UGH!! Soon we may be doing other renovations, Oi Bey!! (Our house is from 1907, so we know about the weird things that can happen, or get discovered as you 'go along' with doing these projects...a simple - you thought - becomes even more than major! Oi Bey indeed!!! You DO know what we're going through. Seems this is the year since the start of January that everything is falling apart at once. Lets see...um...we heard meowmy & pawppy dicuss new floors, a new bathroom, a new kitchen. a new driveway, new furnace, water heater and softener, and on and on...we see meowmy get all bent out of shape just thinking about how will she cook, or use the BR, as its the only one in the house...hmmm...a pail upstairs?? MOL! We prolly need new insulation too, as the old blown in junk has settled so much...and we still get those &)&*^_)^$^& mice dams...and at the last big rain storm we had, (Sheesh when was that??), we had some water come in the kitchen...so we need to fix the roof over our back porch. Not only the stress of arranging these projects, but the thought of all the $$ needed...Oi Bey again, MOL!! MOL! Our comments are way bigger than your diary, MOL! MOL!!! All those things and more. I don't like repair men in the house one bit, they scares me. You wouldn't BELIEVE how brave sisfur is though. There has NEVER been a worker in the house she hasn't wanted to bravely walk up to and MRAT at before demanding a belly rub! She's nuts! The repair men always love her because she's so silly and brave. Mommy has to lock us both up, me to keep me safe and secure, sisfur to keep her from helping! Weird Meezers! You know the saying when it rains it pours....it always seems when something breaks and starts with one and then another and another... Hope it doesn't take too long and nothing else breaks... oh man! That story reminds me of when the dude upstairs kept putting yuckies in tha sink, so they kept coming up in our sink downstairs and Mommy came home to Indy and me and a wet, pulled up carpet, and two work dudes and the bldg manager didn't tells uz!!! Indy was watching like a panther though, ta makes sure there was no troubles. River I love Simone but that's just NUTS! Meezer is brave! MRAT! MOL. Hey, I like to do that. MRAT, MRAT, MRAT! I hope you don't mind Simone, that slips right off my tongue. Indy is like that up here too Kitty P. He's a big protector. He even watches over Harrison in his new home. Hi Xena sweetheart! Ah come on kitties! My mommy would never let anyone into the house who would hurt me! You gotta trust the mommies kitties! Maybe we've been lucky, but we've had a bunch of great repair men. The most recent one has a meezer of his own, the guy before him thought I was just precious and begged to go into the bedroom to meet River because I was just so great he figured River had to be too, he was very respectful and didn't approach River too fast when mommy said he could, he let River sniff his hand first before petting him. Maybe we've just had really great experiences, but hey, I trust the strangers cause mommy is right there to protect me! I walk right up to them, size them up, and flop over to show off my mighty beautiful belly! How can they resist? My favorite was the car salesman though! He came over to pick up the title to the trade in cause daddy forgot it at home when they bought a new one. They were LATE coming home... my dinner was LATE! I let the car salesman have it for keeping them out so late, I only agreed to forgive them when he rubbed my belly for a good five minutes! Belly rubs right all wrongs! I AM THE SIMONE HEAR ME MRAT!!! Oh, and you go Alex! Use the MRAT! Feel the power of the MRAT!!! OKAY READY? MRAT MRAT MRAT MRAT MMMMMRRRRAATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT! WHOO HOO! that was fun, thanks Simone! I'm going to MRAT all over the dance floor up here tonight, MOL. |
