An Angel's Notes for the Day

We just wanted to say thank mew to everyone for all of my pawmails, well wishes and prezzies for my DDP earlier this week. Sorry we've been incognito, mom took little Vern's passing pretty hard and needs some time for herself to recharge. Every once in awhile she gets extremely emotionally involved in one of the sick kitties she's helping. Even though we knew there was a strong possibility he wouldn't make it, it was still a shock and mom was sad for him and his family.
Wuv you Alex!!!! Purrs and butterfly kisses!!! :) We understand Alex & Mommy. Ya gotta take care ov yurself, no worry K? be happie :) Yesterday my Mommy wuzn't doing tew gud, had an very awf day, cried & haz sad droopy lips going da offur way ( not dis a way ) Tewday iz betta! :) We were so sad with Vern's passing as with all our furriends heyah, neva easy.... Mommy says we didn't see ya'll yesterday & wuz worried. Juss take gud care ov yurself & yur furrbabes.. Huggs & lots'o lubbs, Kally Kat ;) ღღ Purrs to your mom the kitties, this makes mom a little sad :( we will miss you but it's understandable there is a lot of stuff she has fallen behind on cause she spends so much time here. Sending your mom purrs for strength and renewal, and sending her a big hug from our Bridge family! I was so furry sad too. We all wanted Vern to gets better an I try so hard but it dinnit works. It's ok to take sum time fur yerself. Efurbody needs 'lone times, sumtime. You jus' takes good care of yerself an my furriends Finney & Lacey. My purrs to you all. Alex, we were wondering where you kitties were. Mom was going to pawmail your mom to see if everything was okay...It's good that she's taking a little time away to recharge. We hope it's helping her feel a little better, though we miss seeing you guys around all the time. Love you, Gumpy & family That's true you know, us kitties feel the stresses pretty strong when our families are upset. I'm very in tune with the stress my parents feel. I always know when my mommy doesn't feel well or is stressed out and I change my behavior big time, although for me, I become the protector. I keep everyone away from her when she's upset. I hope Lacey and Finney take good care of your mommy and get her better real soon. We're purring for your mommy! Sometimes the stresses in life become overwhelming for our mommies and they need to pull back and recharge their batteries. Hope she starts to feel better and is back soon. After all, Finney and Lacey need to play! We sure will miss all of you! In the meantime, I know Finney & Lacey will take good care of your mommy. Love, Kaci Thanks you guys! You're all so pawsome, you just don't know how much you all mean to us. Mom was really concerned too that even writing about that would make it sound like it was about "her" when it's really not. Thankfully you all know us better than that. It's how deeply we love each other, even if we don't meet in person, it's paws across the universe. And boy, this has been a rough 6 months on here and I think this one just DID IT, if you know what I mean! Vern's momma sent us a picture of Vern right after he passed and he looks like the sweetest angel you ever saw in your life. Mom took one look at that and honest to god LOST IT! She's even tearing up just thinking about it. We just thought because he had some spinal injuries that it was not related at all to something like FIP. We had such hopes for him. Phew, enough. Mom's going to cry again! Maybe she's not cut out for this kind of work. Most of the time she can hold it together. But I guess you can't be compassionate without feeling love for those kitties, right? Sigh. Why can't things be easier for us kitties? Why do we all have to get these terrible, TERRIBLE diseases? It's not fair, especially since we all have such wonderful pawents that love us so much and would rather die themselves than see us hurt. The universe is just strange how it works. Anyhoo! We'll see how long mom can go without hanging out here all day, MOL. She's tried it before and it lasted about 2 hours! MOL. OH we also wanted to say that if we miss an important day here for any of you, we apologize. We'll try to at least check stuff. Dear Alex, It can't be easy, being emotionally tied to all these sick kitties, and your Mom is a very, very special person for doing that. So, if rest is what she needs then fairy dust Finn, Lacey and Midnight so she can get it. Make them perfect examples of little angels walking on earth. And fairy dust your Mom too, so she will be healed of her pain and stress. Fairy dust the clouds, so she will have nothing but beautiful blue skies above her head and gorgeous flowers at her feet. We'll miss you guys. Love, Zach, Zoe, Diamond, and Mommy. Hey!!! Yous takes all the time yous and your mommy needs!!! We are here for yous, just remember that!! Anyfur gots a problem with dat??? Good!! Now, yous gets everyfur and mommy to go and relax, takes it easy and regroup!!! ( Got to go break ups a squabble between Kringle and Panda!!! Does two gonna drive me to de catnip wine!!! sum times de peepul just gotta step bak a minut N chillax alex...if ewe iznt goin any wear, N we isnt goin any wear....cept may bee two de shoreline ta due sum trout fishin... then we will all still be here huh......hope yur mom getz ta feelin better....tell her ta eat sum trout !!!!! peace out N rock on.... I don't think my momma's ever really had trout! That's a good idea though Tabbies. Blizzard, I told ya, Panda is really secretly in love with Kringle. Now that she's starting to feel better physically it's going to be "pandamonium" there! MOL! If dats bees de case... i's going to need a TRUCKLOAD of the strongest catnip hooch there is!!! Hey, Catfather, swing that truckload of hooch over to my house tonight. MOL! Sorry Alex, I couldn't help myself. I just had to say it. MOL! It's okay Zach! We all could use a little catnip hooch from time to time. Maybe my meowmy should try some! Oh sweet Alex, we all get down 'n sad sometimes. Mom isn't doin' well at all today 'n she has a fever..too much stress will do that. Many purrs go out to your furmily 'n mommy, 'n sometimes she does TOO much! Time to rest 'n feel better. I don't know why us kitties get sick, mom still crys for me 'n sad to see Vern went to the Bridge because of the same thing I did. Caring is so much a part of Catster. And it's so sad, but with that comes the all natural cycle of life, if not for me passing, Milo wouldn't be here. I am sprinkling many spawcial angel dust your way 'n hope your mom gets some rest. We miss you always but we will be here, maybe not efuryday, but we are here. Pawlease take care. Love and many hugs, Smokey Joe Smokey Joe, you and your whole family are so special to us. Please give your mommy angel kisses from us and to help with that nasty fever! We don't like hearing that she's sick. That's exactly what happens to my momma too and that's why she's got to step back just a tiny bit. Mom has a hard time staying off of Catster. We're ADDICTED! I know, she wouldn't have Finney and Lacey if it weren't that I left but it's really hard to say from one or the other. Can any parent really say they wouldn't want their angel kitty back and yet they wouldn't trade their new kitties either. It's tough! Alex and Mom we all feel the same way especially when we know first hand about losing one of our sweet furbabies...I am not sure at times why I keep coming back here and to be sad everyday, cry everyday because of the kitties we all are losing so fast and so young.....we don't understand either, but somehow Mom finds the strength to come back and be here for those that need us because so many helped us... I know when Tallulah died and you died Alex our Moms went on a mission to help others, it does help, but it can be overwhelming and we need to take the time for us...helping others does help in ways and then other ways because we hope and pray that these precious gifts will not leave us it get to be too much....so never apologize and don't ever think we think the worse of you...we all know what you did for Vern and so does his Mom...Vern touched many lives as my Tallulah did...we all wish they don't leave us and we get very emotional....anyway I know how much you have been here for so many as I have been....we thank you for your love, kindness and support for us all.. Hugs to you Alex and Mom for me QT and my family I love you Queen T, and your whole family too. You really understand! That helps a lot! I guess we just feel that even though the sadness gets overwhelming, we can't give up. Alex, mama has something she wants to say to your momma: "Every once in a while, a kitty comes along with a story that can really touch your heart. When their stories don't have a happy ending, it can be as sad if it was your own kitty. Little Vern was a special little guy so it's easy to see why you're upset. No getting sick though. Lacey and Finney need you to keep them in line (yeah right!) Take care of youself! Big hugs to all of you!" We love you guys very much! Love, Sally Maria & her mama You know what Sally Maria? You are a pillar of strength and you just keep proving to everyone that you'll only come to the bridge when YOU say it's time. I hope that you're able to stay with your mommy a lot longer. You're always the most wonderful friend to us, I'm coming right down there now and sprinkle some love/angel dust on you. Okay? And while I'm there, I'm gonna sneak a big kitty kiss on your momma's cheek because we love her so furry much too. So if she feels something tickling her cheek tonight, guess who it is!! And you're right, NO way mom can keep those two in line! MOL Awwww, sweetie, we are so sorry. You are always there for us, we want to be there for you too. Little Vern was precious. We didn't know him for very long, but we could tell right away how sweet he was and how much he was loved. We loves you very very much. XXXOOO Simmy's Mommy and Us. Hi Simmy and Mommy!
