Wow, just when mom is starting to get her groove back on somebody else who's got issues starts in. This time it's our neighbor. This is a good example of how people are just loose cannons right now. My neighbor who we've known for YEARS just decided without even asking my mom, to pull out a chain saw and come over and gouge her large shrubs that were barely hanging over her fence to his property. GOUGE them! Mom is so lit up furious right now she went down there and lit him a new one. Told him to back off right now or she calls the cops. He's like "it's on my property." A FEW branches and he's just slicing the whole thing! He was going to do all three of them. God what is wrong with people these days? Mom was so mad she's still shaking. She said to never, ever, ever do that again. He used to be so nice and she told him he's a complete jerk now.

It is harder to do. Mom can sing sitting down but definitely does better standing up. More air, more control. When she used to accompany a pianist there's no way she could have sung sitting down singing music from Phantom of the Opera. The video was pawsome! The nerve of some neighbors....we don't even really know our neighbors...one of ours has chickens, sometimes they come in our yard...one of these days the doggies are going to get one and Mom will not be happy....at least your Mom doesn't have chickens in her yard....but someone chopping up your bushes isn't good either....bad bad neighbor! Well I'm sure he regrets it now. Mom really laid into him big time. Grampy could hear her from inside with the a/c on! MOL. She never gets mad like that but seriously, she's sick of it. People need to stop this behavior. Maybe we should get some chickens, heh heh. She said that performance reminded her so much of why she still loves them to this day. RAW AND PURE TALENT! Did you hear how he got "lost" actually caught in the rain when he went for a walk in Vancouver? So he started to hitchike, and the Edmonton Hockey player picked him up. I so wish I would have been the one to pick him up :) Anyone else having problems with auto-login?? I thought it was Sunday Bloody Sunday but maybe that was the second one. but you are right! Oooh, we should do like a trivia diary to do with tv and music and stuff. The one good thing that came out of Finney's diary last night is we've seen more of our pawsome friends in these two nights than we have all summer! Boy we missed everyone. Mom is designing her fall garden, any suggestions? Hmmm, we'd have to think about it since you're in a different zone. Can you grow a Russian Sage there? Those are cool Looks like a big lavendar almost. Love Russian Sage! We were thinking seedum too. What is the poe joe weed, what ever it's called. Mom loves Toad liles but it's too sunny in the front yard. HAHAHAHA, Joe Pye Weed. That's good, it's kind of cross between Sedum and butterfly weed but less spreading all over the place. Toad lillies are cool, we have those. But it's not so hot here. Sedum is the best one out of those 3 and the Russian Sage too. Also ornamental grasses. Daylilies will grow ANYWHERE. you could probably get away with growing Lavender down there actually. Well our summer garden is still surviving. But mom is a planning. Oh Lacey, that doesn't sound good. We don't like nasty neighbors. We've got some and mom can't stand living next to them and it makes her want to move. Maybe there is some odd astrological stuff going on....? Who knows? A lot of negativity right now. Hi! OMC! Another crowd! Meowmy just got home from work... Maybe we need a Russian Sage for some sage-wisdom...MOL! That bush-whacker dude needs to learn about how to be a decent neighbor, and hass he ever heard about tact? Our former neighbors had chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, goats, cats, dogs and a horse and a pony...but somehow no partridge in her pear tree...MOL, MOL! It was a zoo there and some other stuff, too...now our new neighbors want to get a COW! OMC! A cow?! If you really want to be mean get a peacock or a guinea fowl...but then you might get mad at us for suggesting those...they are furry loud birds...and we just know what those *Tabbies* think of any birds... Off to bed...have to work again tomorrow. Geez - that neighbor sounds like a psycho! why do people find it necessary to be such Jerks? Big hug and kitty cat kisses to your mom and grandparent. Gumpy I think you may be right. So much weird stuff going on since that full moon! Sheesh! Somebody go and eat the cheese on the moon and maybe it'll be nice again. Oh we are fine with birds, we LOVE birdies, YUM. It's the tabbies who have major issues. They need some therapy for that I think. That neighbor was just over here checking on something in his house and mom was watching him like a hawk (another bird reference, MOL). She's getting ready to go out there and trim her shrubs and repair the one he hacked. She took pictures of it last night just in case he ever starts anything, she can prove he did it. MMMMMMMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! MOL Maybe if they get as cow we can learn how to get a drink from the taps on it...MOL! Holy Cow! Did I say that? We are not barn cats...and we have a 5foot chain link fence all around our yard... And...we like watching and chattering at birdies, too. The creek is too far a way from our den to be able to go fishing... Bye again...work and chore are calling meowmy. Purrs! |
