Hello all you wonderful friends! As most of you already know there will be no party for Finney tonight due to my mom's recent loss of 2 relatives. One on Wednesday and another on Thursday. Quite a shock and everyone is still reeling. We wanted to let you know that we've rescheduled Finney's party for next Saturday the 25th which is also our Michael Jackson party. It'll be twice the fun this way! We'll be playing all kinds of MJ songs and also a lot of Janet Jackson too (cause she's pawsome). Believe me we'll need to party and have fun after this week and the coming week.
We're sending you lots of purrs of love and comfort to all of you. Thank you Teebo, hope to see you at our party next week! Tons of hugs and support for your sweet mommy. We're so glad you've got these Catster friends here. You've been such a supportive and pawsome friend to so many kitties and people. What a silly tuxie I am. Oh my wonderful Gumpy Goo and his family. You're so good to us and we love you dearly! That song is so beautiful isn't it? It's touching and so true. Mom also has that other song in her head by Don Henley, in a New York minute. That one is more sad though so we thought we'd play this one. We love u sooo mush Lacey! Our hearts purrrrz fur u 'n ur furmily!! Thank you Kathy and Milo. I just went across the street to see Rick. He was home briefly getting his new suit ready for the wake tomorrow. Nothing is decided yet but he might move in with his mom. Even though I know she needs him and it's best if he does, he won't be right across the street anymore, he'll be all the way across town. Plus he's working a lot more now so I guess I'll hardly see him. I just came from bringing some food to the shelter and as I drove around the corner first thing I did was look over to my uncle's house expecting to see him sitting on the porch swing, waving like crazy and smiling that big smile like he did every day! Damn this stinks. You know that saying that pets leave footprints on your heart? Well some humans leave large imprints on them too. We just worried about you. It's okay Zach! We know you care and we LOVE that about you guys. Mom's already dreading the next 4 days. Tomorrow is Jim's wake (Rick's dad) then Monday morning is his funeral. Then Monday evening is our uncle Donald's wake and Wednesday is the funeral. Blah! Mom doesn't even know if her black skirt still fits her. Not much to wear in her closet and no money to buy anything. Wish we'd known about this she first got paid! At least she could have tried to buy an outfit. We just heard Rick take off on his motorcycle. He must have come home from his mom's to go for a ride and get away. He NEVER wears his helmet which drives mom nuts! The last thing any of us need right now or EVER is to have something else happen. It's motorcycle week up here in NH so that's all we're hearing right now is bikes everywhere. Helmets are state law here. It's good he's gone for a ride. Does he have a Harley or a crutch rocket? Dad has a Kawl it's on my background. A Harley. They tried to get that law passed here but it didn't fly. He's a very responsible rider but everyone else isn't. Most bike accidents happen from vehicles hitting motorcycles. You are so right about that. Dad almost got hit two weeks ago on his, the only thing that stopped the car from coming completely over him was him kicking the back door! The driver got mad at Dad! Dad said all it left a small scratch that could probably be buffed out and that's all. Dad said he wished he had dented it in after they flipped him the rod before they drove off. That's terrible. He's back now, that was a short ride. Glad he's safe 'n home now!! It will be furry sad if he moves, but might be's da bestest thing fur his mommy! U will certainly miss him 'n it will open another wound in your already saddened heart. Mommy always tries to think positive, ya know? People come into our lives, share wif us, some for a season, but ALL fur a reason, some pass on by, some make us cry, but SOME stay in our hearts furefur 'n are a lifetime committment. Our furiends are like that. U are like that. Zach, dood, ur dad shoulda kicked his face in! The jerk! Peeps don't respect motorcycle drivers 'n they don't see 'em!! Mom sez when peeps get on da freeway, they turn into ravin' maniacs! Only self inclined. Makes ya wonder if they efur heard of stoppin' to smell da roses? Nah... I believe it's a law here also to wear helmets. It should be. Lacey, hang in there precious, ur mommy needs ur support 'n love right now. Hugs 'n know we are here. Milo, Mom always notices Motorcylces but that's what you do when you have a loved one that rides 4 days out of the week. Lacey, shhhh don't tell anyone but Mom's on her fourth Mojito. Hope your Mom is chilling with something. We are having a party between my page and pandas. You ought to come and join in. We are all waiting for Panda to have her kits. Finn I hope i didn't offend you, We were just geared up for a party. Lacey's Mom, that song is beautiful. Take your time to grief. This is so hard. We are so sorry. I'm sorry buddy, mom's not in the mood at all to party. She really isn't. She's been trying not to cry all day but there's been some times when she can't help it. And the next couple of days are already weighing on her. She's got to go to Jim's wake tomorrow, then his funeral early on Monday. Then later on that same day, she goes to her uncle's wake then his funeral on Wed. Already she's got a migraine from crying so I can't imagine what she'll be like all this week. Thank you Mietzi! Hush, I know your Mom don't feel like it. I just didn't want to intrude on what was supposed to be your big day. Just to let you know, John, Blizzs Dad just went to try to get some shuteye. He says if it happens in the middle of the night he will post the babies arrival. Does the skirt fit? Know that we will be here and when you need a clown let me know. Till then, do what you do. We had bad storms with really strong winds and David has to go to work to clear trees of houses. Just because we're not partying doesn't mean you guys can't have fun. I would never want that! This is not your pain to go through so please enjoy life and enjoy each other. That's what is meant to happen and that's what I want. I saw that, hope the babies come tonight! Ps. I meant your headache Meds btw. BigMOL! Of course, a Vicoden and a 1/2 of a Naproxen will knock a migraine out nicely. Remember, I've battled Cluster Headaches from time to time myself. Could you shoot me a vicoden through the computer? That sounds so good! I wish I could but then I might get carted of to jail.
