OMC! Tornado watch here

OMC!!! Mommy just now got a storm warning in her email from our local weather that there's a tornado watch until 8 pm right in our area! What the heck is going on? We never get tornadoes here! Oh man, that's scary stuff. Now I feel like you guys all do. Mom says she's going to get the carriers out just in case. But we have a really sturdy basement so if we have to, she can bring us down there. Grammy will lose it! She can't even take hearing a small clap of thunder.

Wow, such weird weather, this is not usual for us. But in the last couple of years it's getting more and more so. So I hope our power doesn't go out and we don't miss my sweet Gumpy's 17th birthday pawty! I hope not, we will be so bummed!!! So just in case, if you don't see us there right away or at all, the power might have gone out. Doesn't usually happen here, we're on the same power grid as the hospital down the road so it's pretty rare we lose any power.

Me and Finney have started eating better again, although right now it's super humid and mom is gonna put the a/c's on. But the weather is gonna cool way off starting tomorrow so we'll be better. Finney does have a little bit of brown boogies in his nose but not much. Mom's been giving us lysine and vitamin B12 so that's really helping.

Gosh everyone, I'm furry nervous about this weather! Jeez! What next! Thank catness our wonderful friend Monster got me a new carrier as we only had one before. Our Catster friends are the BEST in the world!!! Mom feels so much better knowing if anything happened she wouldn't have to scramble as much.

Well, hopefully we'll be around for awhile, the sun is out right now and not a cloud in the sky. But you guys in tornado country know that means nothing! Sending out purrs to any of you also that might be in this area! Hunter! I hope your mommy is reading this!!! Hunter only lives about 30 minutes from us.

It is, I just checked it. Although I didn't change any settings from before! I didn't get this one either, I have to keep coming and looking at my page! It's starting to thunder, I hope this thing goes around us. It's producing small tornadoes in western Massachusetts right now.

We are purring you are all safe. We sort of know how you feel we had one here too and we don't get them either. Apparantly there was a small one 20 years ago but in general NZ doesn't have them. You are right the weather is strange this year. We have just gone into winter, so it doesn't match your spring/ summer season. Purrs everyone is safe.
BTW..Catster is slow for us and we are still having problems looking at rosettes. I hope it gets better.

I don't want to talk too fast but I think the worst of it is staying mostly south of us in Massachusetts. They have a confirmed tornado in western Mass. I hope they didn't have too much damage. It's in a very heavily populated city!

I'm still around Lacey! Only thunder and lightning here, and a tiny bit of rain. Mom looked at the radar and I think I'm just going to miss the big storm! Looks like it'll be mostly in Massachusetts and where you are unfortunately. Maybe your mom should pack a little bag with food and water in it for you guys, you know just incase! Stay safe!!

Hunter I think we're okay too! We hardly got anything, just a couple of boom booms and some very soft rain! Good thing too. Massachusetts is getting clobbered! Stay safe anyone from there please! I know a couple of you who are there. The birds are all out here like nothing and we didn't even see one lightning bolt. I'm glad, I like thunder storms usually but not when they come with tornado warnings!

Oh my gosh! Please purr for the people and animals in Massachusetts! We have many Catster friends there and I'm watching the news and there are several large tornadoes on the ground in heavily populated cities! OMC! They're actually showing them and they're large!!

Kally Kat is in the Boston area, Natasha is in the Boston area, Purrcy is southeast of them. They are STILL getting hit everywhere and those storms are moving that way. They keep extending the time on the warnings.

Guys we've been upgraded now to a tornado warning until 8 pm our time. it keeps getting extended though but these things keep just popping up out of nowhere. Mom put our carriers away, she's got to go and get them back out.

Heard from Kally Kat, she's okay! They're in a brick house.

Thank you everyone, we're all okay. We didn't get hit nearly as hard as Massachusetts did and we know some kitties from here who live in those areas so we're concerned. But we did in fact get tornadoes here in NH yesterday and we were under a warning all day and all evening from 10 am to 10 pm. Going back and forth to the basement wasn't much fun. But we're all okay and no damage. thank you for caring guys! We really appreciate it.
