Well, momma is pretty darned disgusted right now. Not only is this whole Catster change a big gosh darned mess and we don't even know who we're talking to anymore, but no one has said anything to Catster other than my mom. They have a blog asking for opinions on this, it's right on the community homepage at the bottom. We gave out the link for it to everybody we could think of. Not one other person wrote anything! Not one! My momma feels like she's the only one standing up for what everyone else is saying but not doing anything about. You can't complain and want something to change without doing something about it!
Hey Lacey, I have posted at the bottom too, but it says the moderators have to approve my posts first and I guess on the weekend they don't approve them! Sorry, if you feel alone but you are not, I posted 2 things to them, waiting for the moderators to "approve" them so others can see. I have also e-mailed HQ. You are not alone, my mommie has voiced her opinions too, just waiting for the moderators. I believe you voiced your opinion on Friday. I bet Friday night and weekend, many others have too, but they have not been approved by the moderator yet to be posted! Hugz and purrs, Sassy I went back to the home page real quick and it is showing my two comments still as "being reviewed by moderator before posting" I don't even see your comment at all! I see Kally Kats comment but that is all. So I don't know if your comment is still under moderation etc, because I can't see it. Weird, I know. Hugz and purrs, Sassy Okay guys, that makes me feel better. That is weird too because when I go on there, I see my comment and no one elses! So I don't get it because I just posted that comment yesterday which is the weekend! What in the dickens is going on? Hun, you are not alone, like Sassy said comments are being moderated. We have also mailed HQ direct, I bet many others have too. It's hard to tell who is saying what in any area at the moment, but you are not alone! X My comment was in moderation and now I can't even see it anymore. And I said it in a fun and friendly manner! Moderation takes too long and is censoring anyway. We just posted a complaint as well. We get can get pmails if we want to see who posts after us on diary entries and pictures and stuff. We don't need to also see every single diary entry our friends post on! Does Catster try these changes out before implementing them? Hmmmm.... I wonder. HAPPY MEOW-LOWEEN EVERYONE! We agree that everyfur needs to speak up and write HQ ~ Catster is in terrible chaos right now, so I hope HQ listens to us and fixes these problems! Top Cat must be censoring every entry (probably hundreds) whatever they say as my post was not abusive in any way. Why ask for comments when they're taken away and nobody can see them???? Yesterday night I wrote a comment and it's awaiting moderation. I have never had anything of mine moderated. I would guess Catster doesn't work on weekends just like lots of our humans don't. I'm sad about these changes. It is confusing and no fun and it hinders the great community we have here. I'm bound to miss something important that is going on with my friends and that makes me even sadder. I don't see any other posted comments other than mine & I just know they must be a lot more, but I can't see them. I think this is the worst I've ever seen, speshilly when one of our furriends thinks it's the other furriend's whose Mommy is very sick..... I'm gonna try & post another comment & hope it goes throo.. We all haff to band togetha & give our ((love & support)) to another.... Her comment was made on Friday during working hours. On Saturday morning, I snooped to see if I could see any comments awaiting moderation (I couldn't). My *snooping* comment was #1535. I just now left a *real* comment and it's #1562. There is no way to know for sure that all the comments from #1526 - #1562 were made on that particular Site Update, but I suspect most were. So there may be close to 40 comments awaiting moderation. My family has had comments sit for the entire weekend or longer awaiting moderation, so that part isn't unusual. this stinks worse than rotten pumpkins after Halloween! I AM GREYSON. I posted a respectful and polite comment this morning requesting that Caster bring back the original Purr Board. The only one I see there now is from Kally Kat and that was posted on the 29th. I AM GREYSON. (In case of catfusion) Well, I have to say the nice thing is all of a sudden I'm getting mail from kitties I don't even know which is kinda kewl! BUT! I wish it were under better circumstances. I suddenly today have to keep checking this page because I'm not getting my notices emailed to me at all! Something is fishy here and I usually LOVE fish! But not rotten fishies. The website is probably getting ready to crash with all this stuff! I wouldn't be surprised at all. They will always publish positive comments without delay. It's a real shame they can't post everything and go through it later, this censorship stinks! We want to know what others are thinking right away. MOL, hey Greyson, guess what? I'm allowed to delete the last comment you made. I won't do it but I could if I wanted to. It's your comment and this is Lacey's diary, yet I can delete your comment. Funny. Something is seriously messed up here. Timo WHAT????????!!!!!!!! Oh my lord. This isn't just fleas this is bedbugs, cockroaches, heartworm, tapeworm, all them rolled into one giant gross bug!!! Hey Lacey, came back by to say I have gotten several e-mails saying that I have comments on my diary, BUT IT IS YOUR DIARY, so that is probably why you are not getting your notices. I have had several e-mails saying I had comments on my diaries that were Hazel Lucy's diary. Its crazy. Hugz and purrs, Sassy This is infuriating! I don't know about you guys but I hope everyone FLOODS Catster with mail to HQ tonight so they go into their office tomorrow or wherever and are pulling out their hair! I have commented on that page, but it has not been posted. I know lots of cats and pups have complained and their posts are not showing up there. I think it's time to flood HQ with email then! It's the morning after and still no posts at all are showing up! |
