Anyone around? It's been so dead around here lately. I'm all stuffed up and could use a couple of nippy cocktails! Instead of just a cocktail hour, we could do a cocktail evening. Doesn't have to be long, just stop by, have a few nips, some shrimp and trout (cause I guarantee the Tabbies will bring some), chips and salsa, catnip crab cakes, all kinds of stuff. Bring some appetizers if you'd like. Doors are opening right now. Stop in and put your feet up!
I brought the Pistachios! I guess I'll chill with you till everybody gets here. Hey, we could play the wii. Oh, Zach, how I LOVE green foods!! Natural ones, though, not St. Patty's-colored! In keeping, I have made some yummy guacamole to go with the chips & salsa! I also brought some Greenies, in case some are looking for classic fare. First toast(so we can all have an excuse to get started): To Squeaker, Happy Birthday and many happy returns to Catster, all weekend, all month and all year, with no stoopid computer interruptions!!! We love you! Cheers! Oh man, I wish to god they were here. I really do! Hey, mom just went and got some ice cream!!! Yum!!! What'll we play? I've never played a wii before! Mom would love to get one but it's too much money. CHEERS EVERYONE!! Next, I have a wonderfur furriend, Harley, who doesn't know my closest furriends, and you'd love her! She is a ragdoll, so you can imagine how gorgeous she is. Guys, don't all gang up at once, but she's ALSO the sweetest thing efur, and of course, I should know, I'm ALL ABOUT the sugar!! A couple of people on her newsletter had infected emails and they didn't know it and now wees having problems and can't get rid of it so it'll be our turn too. ( almost 200.00, so daddy said NO!!) Daddy will try to get some ot, soes we cans get a new one, just have to hope this holds out til then!! I'm not a catnip kitty, unfortunately, but the pawbreaker thing is a good idea for those who are. Ooooh Blizzard your poor daddy, rough day for him all the way around. Oh my mommy LOVES it when there's a Friday the 13th. She says she always has really good ones. That 13 really is not an unlucky number at all. Do any of you know where that came from? We do! It's by Fitz & the Tantrums. It's a jammin' tune, and when it comes on, mom and I JAM OUT!!! No, but the cop did!!! He was NOT happy, having to shut down a main route til the mess could get cleaned up!!1( took daddy and 2 other trucks an hour to get it up, after almost an hour to get there!!!MOL.) The guy who hit the truck was ok, no injuries ( except for pride) But the guys 3 month old 835csi is totalled!! ( Yes, the BIG beemer!!! Over 150k!!! OUCH!!) Last supper had 13 dinner guest And christ was crucified on a friday!! That's one of the 13s, there's another one though. But you're in the right time in history! Tink your mommy is a history buff! I told them they should write a coffee table book called Tabbie Talkin'. It could be like Mike Myers did on SNL with Cawffee Tawk. 12 is God's purrfect number They will be around. Why? SURE Zach! oh, and I think Fri the 13th is from the Spanish Inquisition. 12 is the 12 tribes of Judah(Israel). That's where 12 started, it's always either that or 3 to know it's from God. It's funny cuz after Judas dies, they get another 12th disciple, Matthias, but then he is NEVER mentioned again. I'm like, why bother? But they HAD to have 12, never stating the reason. The 12 thing was completely started BY GOD, because He gave Noah 12 sons, who survived the flood and became the 12 tribes. Friday the 13th really originated because the Knight's Templar were slaughtered and captured on Friday the 13th, ending the reign of the Templars. They were forced to flee and some say they came to America. That's why Friday the 13th became an unlucky date. This is really the reason! Moe said something really funny about DA TABBIES the other day! She says, "You guys are so funny! You should get a stand-up, or maybe a sit-down, act together." MOL UH, Tink...hate to break it to you, but the 12 tribes are the sons of Jacob, son of Issac, son of Abraham!! ( Excrpt for the tribes of ephram and manassah, they were Joseph's sons born to him in Egypt!) Isn't it. And my girls will think of me, their tuxxie man. Tink, yours is on the way. Oh, sorry, I thought the persecution of the Knights Templar was part of the Spanish Inquisition. I'm a little(ha ha!) mixed up. Usually my parties are much better than this Harley. But this was super last minute anyways. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Chocolate martinis! YUM! Oooh the tuna patties sound yummy. Lacey, there's a corporate culture problem there too, because they had the nerve to deny that it can be caused by a virus. Thye've never been a spreader of any outside virus in their history and this is what they brag on. The "problem" is Flash Media and people who do not update theirs cannot run Catster well. Blame, excuses, denial. The ONLY problems are always only on Catster, because, according to them, they're so far ahead on technology. Then they need to slow down, because they're supposed to be serving US. Plus not only do we not know anyone is posting comments, but they think we're ignoring their comments cause we don't answer! Lacey, I haven't thought of that. Skylar's fam is gonna be the next one down, I fear. They have been having computer problems since ours started, which is when SAYmedia took over. Not caused by them MY PAW!!!! Never had dees problems b4 now constant headaches!! Who else was it, who posted that diary entry that they were leaving? Theirs also started at the same time. That's when we all found out how widespread it was, and I think it's worse than we thoyght! Gosh, this has got to be fixed. What will we do...this every night? We just saw on the news that someone was smuggling exotic animals in THEIR SUITCASES. They'd been drugged and couldn't breath in there! OMC, this makes me sick. I just seen the Tabbies, they are another group of kits with computer problems. Sigh. I know that if this website crashed my computer I'd have a fit and probably leave. No one probably feels it's safe to log on here anymore. I guess the bottom line is that if you don't run the programs Catster says are most compatible, you are going to have enough problems to keep you off Catster. Don't get me wrong I'm glad we switched and now we know to ALWAYS update Flash right away, but people are busy! I am fairly new so I don't notice computer issues, except now that each post, message is being sent twice to my mail box. See, now I feel like we can never drop McAfee. There are all these free programs, but I have a feeling Catster is only participating with the big guys, McAfee & Norton. I don't know that for sure, though. I just don't know if Catster would admit it if it was true. That's cause you're reloading the page each time Harley. Unfortunately you can't do that. We all just keep our regular email open and when we get the new comments coming in, we click and come back.
