Okay everyone! We’re here and ready to pawty. It’s been a really rough couple of weeks and tonight we’re all gonna kick back, have some pawsome food, listen to some cool Irish tunes, laugh, dance, you name it. We’re paying tribute to ALL the friends we’ve lost recently and here are a few simple rules for tonight:

Hazel looked at buddie, like he haz loosed hiz mind Hazel said ta buddie, can eye say this reely kind ? Buddie, NOE, no thanks on kids, eye haz werk ta due Knittin blankets, hats N stuff, but eye’lll bake a pie for ewe !! Sew her getted out sum beef, ta make a roast beef pie she tossed in sum tay toe chips, for her special kinda guy Her grew famous for this pie, this iz noe baloney Her even makes a cake, outta chunks oh peppa roni Hazel Lucy ewe R, a total lee pawsum friend Meet me at de happee herring, wear burd storeez never end Peace out N rock on with love frum Dude K and de gang Meow! Crazy misheard lyrics: The real words are, "I'll never be your beast of burden". It sure sounds like, "I'll never be your pizza burnin'". Another word for poopies: jobbies. Don't know why. I'll be in and out tonight - meowmy and daddy are setting out some lady bugs in the hydroponic garden to organically control pests. Now THAT'S a good song lyric! Hmmmm, pizza. HALP! Does anyone know how I can insert a picture into my diary above? I was trying to put in a pot of gold and cannot do it!!! Pooey! Please halp me! What a pawtastic poem! Can anybody here write music? That would make a great song! When Irish eyes are smiling, 'Tis like a morn in spring. With a lilt of Irish laughter You can hear the Kitty angels sing. tonight we will hear all of our kitty angels sing of joy and happiness to see us having fun... Mom sometimes calls my poops splats because when they are soft they go splat all over the floor and down the front of the dryer when I jump down... I've got some funny misheard lyrics for you to Alan Jackson's "I'll Try" song. "And I'll try to love only you, and I'll try my best to be true, Oh Donner I'll try!" The youngest girl, when she was 7, thought it was Donner instead of "Darlin'" and that it was Santa Claus singing to one of his reindeer who was jealous of the attention Rudolph got! And no, this wasn't in December, it was in October. Hee hee! Oh yeah the splats are very smellie...Mom hates when I leave a splat but what is a girl going to do at least i don't have splats on my back end.... MOL! I got it Greyson. That only happens when you refresh your page from the top, if you just leave your email open and come back from a posting getting emailed to you it works out better. Hello my friends Queen Tallulah here from heaven to bring you all beautiful green flowers and yes even green butterflies for your party! also to let you know we are all at the earth window watching your happy party, no sadness tonight...we are all happy angels! Oh yeah we saw Taffy's page too, we thought the same thing..great idea on her humans part...we loved it! it made us hungry for taffy..Mom said no she didn't want to have to pull it from our fur or cut it out...darn that would have been fun watching Mom get sticky taffy out of our fur! Glad you could stop in, stay awhile can't you? All are welcome! Tink it's true, my mommy is pretty creative but some kitties here have been doing it so long they know where to find stuff. Okay, my mommy, in reference to hairballs, says "Tink, you burped a toupee!" Zeke, my meowmy is partly Irish so she's celebrating tonight, too. Heaven only knows what her typing is going to look like a little later.... I knew I should learn how to do it myself... Holy Cats! When I did what you said to do, Finn, I ended up at Hazel Lucy's page! Do you think she's watching us? I told mom that I needed to go to a party tonight after all the sad news. She said i'm not allowed to drink though. MOL! I was afraid this party wouldn't be that good but I'm glad to say I'm already wrong! I'm not wrong often, at least in my own mind. MOL. Oh god. You burped a toupee. I will have to come back to this diary over the weekend and write all this good stuff down for a follow up to the pawty. Tomorrow I will be hung over. There are NO bad poems, and I say that mostly to protect myself. I have more coming, and with all the nippy beer, I cannot guarantee their success... Hi kitties! We made it! Hazel isn't going to stop watching over us and I know she's happy we're celebrating instead of crying anymore. She would not want to see any of us hurting so much over any of them. Even though it's hard and we do still hurt (it's so fresh). But yes, I think she's probably even dancing to my music! Hunter we have non alcoholic green beer too so you can have all you want. Meowmy was laughing so hard she almost peed in her pants (and that's something 'cuz she's wearing a skirt)! I wouldn't steal it or anything (Zach whistling while looking up in the air) but I love this kitties background and his Mom isn't saying a word about where she found it. Mom sometimes looks for hours for just the right background. She was so excited when she figured how to get a banner on my page. Hi all, this is my first St Paddy's day and just think Mom is letting me come to celebrate...I can't drink the green ale either, what else do we have to drink, maybe some green catnip tea...oh right I might get loaded on that too, maybe some sparking cider or water will do... i would like to do the happy river dance Irish style River, would you please show me how, I may be all paws still I am still a kitten and learning new things everyday.... My current picture is after I was chasing a buggy and mommy took it away from me, I'm asking for it back. Here's a little music and an Irish Blessing - it's a little slow, but nice Irish Music... Traditional Irish Blessing Has anyfur meowed about litter box art yet? I make the most wonderpurr creations. I make mountains and valleys and decorate them with tootsie rolls! Then meowmy removes everything, levels it off and I have to start again... Dad's Dog is Diamond, she is so unlightened, like to ship her off to an island! Thats so nice Gump!! Its times like these when mom misses her time in Ireland. 58 post. Gump that was so beautiful it brought tears to my eyes, not of sorrow but of joy and love to all of our friends here on earth in catsterland and for all that have gone to the rainbow bridge...lets raise our glasses to them.... Kitty angels we love you, cherish you and we know you all are here with us celebrating too...now lets start doing the special River dance Irish style and get this party going!!!! So many hellos, so many hugs. Our moms will soon be able to feel the joy again, of how we lived and loved. Mom says she's going to print out the poems. Last night my mommy was taking some kind of aromatherapy bath for stress and I nose dived into the bubbles, she laughed and laughed at me as I ran around trying to get them off my ears. I don't know why I always am falling for the bubbles on my head thing, I just really like bubbles, until they are on my head! Yes, more funny stuff.... my eyes are leaking again... *Greyson chases butterflies but doesn't eat them* That was funny! You know what Marrakech's momma told us this afternoon? That Samsara was trying to help lick her tears away and stuck her bum almost up her mommy's nose! She was laughing when she told us that. That's a funny picture. So stop leaking. River, you fell in the bathtub? What? Seriously? Okay, since HL has been by, here is my next poem, about HL's mommy: "6 a.m." out in the snow well, there she goes - breakfast-seeking. I am peeking out the window, see her going in the snowing. it is early but her girly craves a treat that she can eat. doesn't leave much she can stomach but baby food is so darn good flows past the teeth the flavored beef and, yes, it STAYS Hip, hip, HOORAY! Bum in the face! Ha ha! What a funny picture! Thanks! I love to do that to meowmy especially right after I've been to my litter box! I also like to bring some litter into the bed. I have a special way of holding it between my toes until I get under the covers! Mom made an appointment for me to go to the V.E.T I got mad at her and bit her arm. She wasn't too happy. Neither was I. I mean seriously. There is no good reason why I have to go there. She said its for a "wellness" visit. yea well, we'll see about that!! Now Greyson, dood! No more's leaky faces~ Lacey, MOL! Yeps I get my bum mixed up wif my face sumtimes too! I not shur which end is 'spose to be cuddled? Iz ALL of me rite? MOL! She shud be happy gettin' any parts of me! MOL! Oh my catness I fall in the bathtub all the time! I once fell in the shower, didn't like that one bit! When mommy takes baths I have to protect her though so I stay beside her the whole time and try to help, I've fallen in lots, it's very embarrassing. I just have to be with my mommy! Of course, even when I don't fall in, mommy gives me bubble hats, she uses all this safe bubble bath stuff so she thinks it's funny to put bubbles on my head! This time was my fault though, I stuck my head right into them on my own. Oh that is funny cause I do that to my Mom too, but she doesn't think it is funny....oh well! Today a man came to our house, he rang the doorbell and you should have seen me and Tu Two try to run on hardwood floors...Mom was laughing so hard at us, but had to get control of herself cause she had to let the man in to fix the garbage disposal...Mom wishes she had her video camera with her! poopy or pee pee volcanoes Greyson? Either one is cool! Who was it that said it was there first St. Patty's Day? You don't have to have cocktails, there's some non alcoholic nippy cola here! We've got it all! Nippy beer Our mommies should appreciate our bums! We have gorgeous bums, don't we? I'm always sticking my bum where it doesn't belong! hehehe! Oh and hunter, I'm sorry cutie, River and I have a vet appointment next week as well, just a regular check up. Who needs those? Mom has to reboot her stupid computer, be right back. Oh I go in the shower with mom all the time. I love it! My favorite part is when there is still a tiny bit of water coming out of the shower. I'm all in there!! Love it. Fun times. I guess thats why they call Turkish Vans the "Swimming Cats" River it sounds like you need to protect your stance. I sit on the human potty and talk to mom in the mornings when she's taking a shower. Finnegan it was me Tu Two....I will take some of that especially now that Xena told everyone about us trying to get out of the way and we both slipping all over the floors... Why oh why do the humans laugh at us? They are the ones who can't see at night, don't hear the bugs buzzing, can't jump up onto the counters in a single leap, can't purr, and the list goes on and on. Since they are so inferior to us, how can that laugh at us? It's 7:30 and still LIGHT out!!! We LOVE it!! Yeah I should really work on my stance, I'm just such a big clumsy love bug though, I act without thinking. When mommy showers in the morning I climb between the shower curtain and shower liner and sit on the rim of the tub to chat with her! Sometimes I do it with daddy too, I just like being with my peoples and being able to see them ALL the time! It's pee pee volcanoes, Finn. I wait until I have a lot of pee pee stored up and then I squat in the appropriate place and let it all go. The force sends it straight down like a post hole digger and then the clumping action builds up a wall around it. You should see it! It's pawtastic! Finney, the pot o' gold & nippy beer pictures turned out VERY COOL - well done! Hunter, Mom had a part Abyssinian that used to do that every once in awhile. I have green eyes, Gump. Does that count? I like to sit either on the edge of the tub or right next to it on and watch Momma take a shower. Then after I like to jump into the shower and listen to to water drip down the drain!! Not me Nadia! I like to be as far away from water as possible! I HATE water. I don't even like wet wipes baths. I do a perfectly good job of cleaning myself, no one's coming near me with water! I do occasionally accompany my peoples to the bathrooms though! I like to break down doors and strut like in chatting up a storm like I own the place! hehehe! BACK! Stupid puper! That's cause mom had it on all day so it got tired. It better not do that again darned it. Okay, pee volcanoes, very cool. Oh yes, Tu tu! I remember now. I know Gump, we did the same exact thing earlier, I swear it! And it wouldn't display our graphics. Sheesh. Wow, this pawty is flying! Pawsome everyone, this is really pawsome. We needs lots of happy stuff and cheering up. My mom has a sore bum. I'm not supposed to be talking about that but she does. I'm dictating from my tower, as she sits there and types away. La la la! My slave, MOL. She was out working in her garden today cleaning it all up getting ready for spring. Boy that was exciting cause she opened up all the windows and we were running around like fireballs all over the house. Now her back hurts cause she's not used to it anymore but she doesn't care. She was so happy to be out there working instead of in here crying! Hunter, goodnite dood! So glad to see u, don't be's too rough on ur mommy!!~ I'm afraid I have to leave now, too. I don't know WHAT I'm looking for, but she does it to me, so all's fair, right? Gotta think of 4 more... uh oh... I don't have any green... I hope this doesn't mean I get the pinchies! I'm a biter! hehehe, just a warning... I really should have gotten myself a new collar in green for the holidays, but I need my calming collars just the way they are. Another thing the beautiful Hazel Lucy can be given credit for! Her calming collar suggestions really helped me out! Goodnight Hunter & Greyson and whoever else is leaving! Happy St. Paddy's! Now, it came to a part of the night when the distant relations, having come in by train, went up one by one. It had been some years since they had seen the deceased. Mommy's grand-dad and his friends were likely lads. They had a wicked sense of humor, and they were Irish. One of their own, a lad similar in age to the deceased had passed out dead drunk and was slumped over near the kitchen. They took him up and carried him up the stairs. They took the deceased and carefully took him from the bed and slid him under it, replacing him with their dead drunk friend and 'laid him out' carefully. Then, in their drunken humor, set out to pray and watch the reactions of those who came to kneel by the bed and pray. Can you imagine the reaction as their friend on the bed shifted a bit, and even let out a wicked flatuant 'bbbbrrrrpt' one time? Mommy's grand-dad was a pip. Thought you'd enjoy it, all. She rarely gets McDonalds, and I was very excited. Even though she was giving me pieces of the fish, I pawed at the french fry container and flipped it over (I like french fries too) and stole 3 french fries. Mom was annoyed, but let me have them. the end. HAHAHAHAHHA MOL, Toki, you WIN - you are BAD BOY OF THE DAY!!! Way to go!(I would have gone for the FISH, myself...) Don't get me wrong, I would have given the "few pieces" to MOM, I know how to SHARE! I was already getting the fish, I wanted the whole McDonalds extra value meal! Mom was eating both fish and fries! Tonight for dinner, mommy cooked daddy a big steak and when I found out what he had, I came and sat RIGHT next to him and begged and begged and gave him the baby eyes of lovies. I LOVE mommy steak! She cooks it so rarely and I never get any but I LOVE the steak! It's SO unfair! Poor us! mmmmmmmm STEAK! i love it toooooo. I only get to eat it if someone else is eating it because mom doesn't eat beef. (fool!) I love to eat raw pieces of steak. I know! My mommy barely ever makes it! Daddy LOVES steak but daddy never gets steak. Whenever he does I am right there to beg and plead with him. Luckily, daddy is a big sissy and always gives in to the baby eyes! Yea the baby eyes work magic on our mommies or daddies! Sometimes I stretch up and paw at their arm when they are trying to eat. I hear my name a lot at these times: "TOKI!" I just stepped out for a moment, to see the full moon. It is kind of hazy here. In the air, the sweet smell of springtime, in the moon, Hazel Lucy's face, in the haze, a halo around it...
