Well Spring is here.

Well it's springtime and the catnip's been planted.If all goes well there should be 50 plants this year.Dad finally took me out in the stroller, I really enjoyed it very much.It will be nice to get out more often, I hate being cooped up.Dad says it's for our safety that we can't go outside.We live on a busy street and he's afraid of us being hit by a car.The toys are selling so-so, I think the weather has a lot to do with it.People aren't out buying thing when it's cold outside.The good news is that our vet's been selling Dad's toys and they're doing very well there.He might have to give them a call and see if he needs to bring more.Other then that everything's good here.I really like Buster even though he can be a pain at times.I guess that comes with the territory.Well I gotta go it's treat time and I don't wanna miss that.

Dad's Good deed

Sometimes I feel like I have the bestest Dad in the world.Today he went to the local animal shelter and gave the kitty's there new toys as a belated Cheezmaus presents.He made sure each one got themselves a new catnip toy courtesy of myself and Buster.It was priceless to watch them play with the toys that were given to them.It's so sad to see a fellow cat end up in a shelter with no hope of ever finding a forever home like we did.My only wish is every cat in shelters can find a nice loving forever home like we did.I know it's only wishful thinking, but who knows it could happen.We were blessed in having a wonderful Cheezmaus.Dad got us new beds to sleep in mine's Pink and Buster got a blue one.Dad says he thinks Buster's a little confused, he likes to sleep in my bed a lot.Dad's cat toys are doing ok, he sent some to Hen's family and to Pacer as well.From all accounts they like them which is good for him.Before I forget, I got a wonderful portrait of me that was done by Neko's meowmy and Dad really likes a whole lot.He says he wants to get it framed so he can hang it on the wall.It's hard to believe that Buster's been here for two years already.It seems like yesterday that he arrived all scared and nervous from his previous home.He's finally adjusted to me even though we have our disagreements, he'll always be my baby brother and I think I can live with that.

Spring greetings from Trixie

I can't believe Spring is finally here.Dad was really nice to me & Buster, he got us a stroller so we can go outside without fear of being squished by a car.The weather is supposed to be nice this week so I can get out of the house and away from Buster.I can't complain Buster's a good kitty even though he can be a pain at times.I was really surprised about winning the Golden Key for May in Catstertown, it really is an honor to get such an award.The catnip is starting to sprout, right now it's only about a quarter of an inch and considering we had a frost/freeze last week I'm surprised that it's even growing.What do I know about plants I'm only a cat, but I love catnip.
