Arrival Story:
One day, my dad and sister walked to get the mail. My dad stopped to pet a neighborhood cat. The cat followed them home. She stayed at our door all day long. Once I fed her, she came back every day and became ours. We then discovered the cat had belonged to an old classmate of mine, who was moving to Washington and would no longer be able to keep the kitty. So we willingly adopted her.

We call her Tabby, but her full name is: Madame Tabitha von Meow Schnauzer Lucy Killer Queen Casper Mrs. Tibbs BGFC (Big Giant Fat Cat) Mouse Destroyer Mist Garage Lov'n Tomato Kitty Ham Spraticus Extra Tabby Jay K Enzo Spike. However long her name may be, she will always be 'Tabby' to us.

Helping the Family

My family is so kind to feed me wonderful meals on a regular basis. This week, I thought I would contribute to the cooking by helping provide delicious ingredients. I started out with lizards. After all, who doesn't enjoy that rare delicacy? I think the humans don't incorporate too many lizards in their meals, and that's what's lacking in taste. Next, I provided a squirrel- full and complete, with no evidence of its death. This makes it easier for mom to fix; just coat it in gravy and voila! I'll see if it shows up in my bowl tomorrow... Oh, how I love my life and my family. I'm glad I'm earning my keep and showing my love.

Yes, it has been a while since I've been on Catster, but I thought I would thank everyone for the happy birthdays! I've had a great year! :) My favorite part was Thanksgiving because I got some of the leftover turkey! Now on to Christmas. I can't wait to see what I get!

When It Rains

Spring is beautiful. I love the sound of the rain, but I wish it wouldn't get my beautiful coat all soaking wet! When I think that it's going to start to rain, I hide. My family doesn't know where I hide, and they never will. Then, when the rain is over, I come back to their house to beg for more food (and if my coat is really wet, they pity me and feed me!). I really hate rain, but in a way, it's my favorite part of Spring.
