indoors Arrival Story: We live on a farm and have a lot of barn cats. My mom found Helen when she was a kitty and felt sorry for her because she was almost blind, which is how she got her name. My mom didn't want Helen to get stepped on in the barn, so she brought her into the house. We were going to give her to my sister (who has 2 cats already), but we all love Helen so much that we can't give her up! Bio: I never was a cat person, but Helen has made me like cats a lot more. Helen is nearly blind. She only has one eye and can barely see out of it. But don't call her a special needs cat. She can get around fine now that she knows the house well enough.
