The neighbor's cat, which I named Paige, visited us a few times and I got my mom to let me feed her. Then she started hanging around more, and she eventually had four kittens in our garage.
Bio:
On February 22nd 2005 we took Friday to the vet (Mom was worried because though we had given her a worm pill, she still wasn't eating much), and once inside the cathouse to get her, we discovered she was shivering and could barely walk. The vet told us that she either had kidney failure or diabetes, and since she was an outside cat my dad would never let us run the blood tests, let alone pay for insulin or special food. Mom decided it would be best to put her to sleep, so she wouldn't suffer anymore.
