A Fish Tail

Modkat Litter Box

Moderncat.net one day was showing the Modkat litter box in their new color pink. Mom couldn't resist. At first when she had seen these litter boxes she thought they were so odd and would a cat really want to do their business in them?? But she has changed her mind. First the box it comes in is really cute. It says on the outside "Where modern cats do their business". Mom put the box away so we wouldn’t think that was where we were suppose to go! Everything was packed very well. Nothing to put together. Beautiful color. Made well. Nice big size but doesn't take up much room. Easy to clean and take care of. Mom was impressed. I was first to go in. Then Zoey. Then me. Then Zoey. We have no trouble going into the box at all. It is fun. However we have not done our business in there yet. Mom just read that you are suppose to put a little litter from your current box into this new box so she just did that. She knows we will use it. She also ordered a 2nd one so we both have one. In this house everything has to be bought in twos.

We did some reconfiguring. We love doing that at our house. MOL! Before the big huge litter boxes were in the landing with some of our cat trees. They have been moved to the 3rd floor, in the master bathroom. That is currently where the new litter box is also. Then the landing area was made into just a play room for us. That way we don't mix work (business) and play. Dad's home office is right by the landing so we can watch him work while we play. Mom is trying to figure out exactly where she wants to put the new litter boxes. Either in the master bathroom or in the hall upstairs from the landing playroom. We will phase out the upstairs large litter boxes. And we still have our 2 large litter boxes on the bottom floor which is usually where we do our more important business. Zoey and I are getting more and more modern.

Easter Presents

What a Good Friday! We got a big box in the mail today from Hazel Basil and Farrah Jaqua. We were all excited when Mom was opening the box because she said it was for us. We even posed for pictures right away. These are sure cool bowls. We both love our colors. My bowls even match my 2 eggs in the Easter basket from Enzo & Melody. The Master of the house will be eating out of these bowls! You can read about the pretty pink princess bowls in Zoey's diary.

Now Mom needs to put something in those bowls. One will be for food and one for water. I bet rabbit is going to taste extra delicious in our new bowls. Thank you Hazel Basil and Farrah Jaqua!

Black Cat

Thanks HQ for putting my face above the Catster Buttonbars today. Just kidding! Not me but looks like me. That is the cool thing about black cats - we are all look as handsome or beautiful as another. I sure enjoyed Furball's story! MOL!

This reminded Mom of something her, Dad and Eric went thru with Angel Rocky Ann. The 3 humans were in Wisconsin visiting relatives and Eric had one of his good college friends come in to feed and take care of Rocky Ann. He was over to the house all the time so she should be use to him. He calls Eric in Wisconsin and tells him that he is on the 2nd floor and Rocky Ann won't let him go down the stairs. MOL!! The humans could not stop laughing. So they had to talk the guy down the stairs giving him encouragement the whole way. Mom is going to have to remind Eric of that story today so they can have another good laugh about it.

Bunny Rabbit

OMC! Zoey and I just had our most favorite meal of the day ... BUNNY RABBIT ... as in Nature's Variety Instinct Rabbit. Oh, that is good stuff! We have 4 different canned foods at our 4 mealtimes. For breakfast is Wellness Chicken, for lunch is Nature's Variety Instinct Chicken, for early dinner is Wellness Turkey and for our late dinner at 9pm is the Nature's Variety Instinct Rabbit. Zoey is a dainty, feminine eater but even she gobbles the rabbit down like a guy. MOL!

Ok, now I have to go to the windowseat and watch my bunny rabbit friend out in the courtyard. I promised I wouldn't eat him though. But now when I watch him all I can think of is that yummy food!

First Came The Basket, Then Came The...

Easter came to our house early! One day we each got personalized baskets in the mail. Then another day came the cute bunny rabbits. Then yet another day came the pretty colored eggs. Mom put them all together for us and we had our Easter Baskets! The Easter Kitties that sent all of this to us were Enzo, Melody and Furfamily. I love my boy Easter basket and Zoey loves her girl Easter basket. Thank you all so much! Mom will put pictures up on our pages.

I think Huey Cottontail helped deliver the Easter baskets too. MOL!

Today I got a blue firefly and Zoey got a pink butterfly delivered. Yes, right to our door! They were even already in jars for us. Enzo & Melody and Family sent them. They caught really nice ones for us. They sure are fun to watch. I hope someday I can go bug catching with Enzo & Melody.

Crinkle Sacks!

Zoey and I just got a FedEx packaged delivered to us today. It is a Gotcha Day Gift from Hazel B. and Farrah J. Inside the box were 2 packages, one wrapped in blue and one wrapped in pink. A cute card was enclosed from the Etsy Seller to tell us these gifts were from Hazel and Farrah.

We were so excited to open them up. Inside were Crinkle Sacks! OMC so cute! Mom took a picture of us checking them out. We are both so funny as we keep running and jumping on them because we love the crinkle sound it makes. MOL!

Gotcha Day for Z & Z

Today Zoey and I celebrate our 2nd Gotcha Day with our Mom and Dad! I am so happy that I have a fursister to celebrate this wonderful day with. We have shared so much together. Just think 2 years ago today we were sitting scared in a cage in Petsmart. We have come so far and are very lucky!

I have 2 loving Uncles - Uncle Bellzy and Uncle Tigger, a sweet Aunt - Auntie Angel Mercy, a beautiful Valentine in Germany - Hazel Basil, a black catster Brother in Texas - Fisher, new Friends in Germany - Valentine Hazel Basil and her sister, Farrah Jaqua, a friend who is a Purrince in Bangladesh - Tao, and a very special Guardian Angel - Angel Rocky Ann. I am also Administrator of a Group for the very first time - Pets for Obama. I have been honored as Cat of the Week, Diary of the Day, Cat of the Week, Daily Diary Pick 5 times, Samoa's Dreamboat in Training Lucky #13 and Darcy's FOTW. I am very proud to be a Catster! We put up our baby pictures as our background to remember how little we were.

We have more wonderful friends than we could ever have imagined. Thanks to our friends for celebrating this happy day with us and our pawrents. Thanks to all the Kitties at Calico Junction in Virginia for being the first to wish us a Happy Gotcha Day!
