Arrival Story:
When my dearly loved Oscar G'Kar had to be put to sleep in January it tore me apart. The only thing I wanted to do was follow him. I had him cremated and I wanted his ashes, and those of Frankie and Jonathan the two cats I'd had before Oscar, to be buried with me. I had to wait for his ashes and then for the engraving and during this time my friends both here and in the US kept telling me I should get a kitten. So in between bouts of tears I began to search on the Internet and eventually I found his breeder, Dana, and a friend drove me down to Melbourne and I fell hopelessly in love with this sweet tiny Blue Persian and so I bought him and brought him home. He is a very loving kitten, he climbs up on my lap and loves to be cuddled. He has a really loud purr and is a sweet darling boy. I will still grieve for Oscar but I now have another kitty to hold. I hope when he's fully vaccinated to get a little play mate for him. I will have them both desexed and so I'm thinking it would be nice for him to have a sister.

Bio:
Much to Mama's surprise when my winter coat grew out she discovered I was a Blue Smoke baby. That was fine by Mama as my older brother Jonathan had also been a Blue Smoke. I've seen his picture and know he's waiting for all of us, along with all my other family, at the Rainbow Bridge.

Hi Everyone,
I guess I'm not really a kitten still but I like that name and Mama calls me her baby kitten even though I'm grown up now. I just wanted to tell you that Mama has a new computer and so we'll be using it more often.

Mama said I'm now a big boy now because I am one year old (I'm still tiny in size) but she also said I'd always be her kitten. She has put a picture of me that my Auntie Marina took with me wearing a Santa hat. I didn't even have my eyes open so I don't remember Auntie taking it but I think I look pretty cute in it!!!

Hi Everyone on Catster,
I'm new and I'm still tying to find my way around and make new friends. Mama said I shouldn't rush as I've plenty of time and she said I"m so beautiful that if anyone sees me they'll want me as a pal.
