Mama Boo, our oldest and first rescue cat, mom of Audi passed away in her sleep at the age of 21 curled in her favorite spot. The Kitties that were there at the time came back and woke me up knowing something had happened to her. I think in a way they knew as all of them came up and touched noses with her before we took her out to be buried on the hill behind the house.
Her daughter Bitsey came in went right to Boo's spot looked at the other cats and curled up on it. The other cats repeted the nose touching with Bitsey then have gone about their business, I think I saw a dynasty being passed on to another generation. There is an heir apparent, Bitsey's daughter Little Bit, who now lays in the spot where her mother did. Has anyone else seen this kind of behavior?

oooh that was so sweet we have not had the privlige to see this kind of dynasty passed on. I am so sorry for your loss of Moma boo. I think it is just awsome that you can make room for so manny kiitties and give them love and care that they need.

Mama said when she moved us out here that she would welcome any kitty that came to her. She takes good care of us, and sees that we are healthy happy and if meant to makes sure we get new homes. We think it's neat our sister Precious is gonna have babies again. She is a giant Ragdoll, and everyone wants one of her babies. She usually has only three though so mama says people are waiting in line for them. She only is allowed to have one litter a year and Mama says this will be her last one, even though she is 5. Mama waited until she was 2 to let her breed, so this will be her 3rd and final litter.
