Meowmy came home and all she saw was my Duckie in my food dish (see my new picture I posted in my album). She looked for me high and low but to no avail. She opened every single cupboard and door but nothing. She heard nothing. Then came the true test... she cracked open a can of food and waited.... silence.

Then she said she got that sick feeling and went next door. She told the neigbor to let her know if the neighbor saw anything. And the neighbor saw me! She said "oo is that him right there?" And then I heard momcat say "Sparky!!" and I ran toward her. My tail was a little puffed and I eventually went back inside by myself and momcat fed me right away.

Then she started to cry because she said she was worried sick. The pawrents think I slipped out the front door this morning but they're not totally sure. I've been making trouble tonight though that's for sure! I rolled dadcat's sausages around his plate and almost stepped on the hot stove. I told the pawrents that I'm smarter than that.

There's nothing like the great outdoors Sparky but be careful there's a lot things in the big bad world that could hurt you. I know one thing for sure I got to be furt because of a good mother that looks after me well so do your mum a favour and listen to what she says and do as she tells you as mums are wise people.

Mr Sparky, I can be trouble too and that can be lots of fun, but don't sneak outside anymore! That will make your Mama so very sad :-( But you were a smart boy to stay nearby and come when called! Way to go with those sausages !!

OMC - you could have gotten lost for good, Sparky! I'm sure Ivan was watching over you while you were outside. I'm glad your Mom checked with the neighbor and you were close by.

Sparky ~ No sneaking outside buddy. That is very dangerous. Don't make your Mom and Dad worry about you like that. Glad to hear you are home safe and sound. I'm going to have to try that sausage trick on my Dad. MOL

Sparky! You just got yr furrrevfur home so ya gots ta stay insides fur awhile! OK, enuff lecturrrres, I have tried ta go outsides befur and made a run once and Mommy chased me inta someones 'partment MOL! It was fun, but stay where tha warm beddie and yum yums are!

Sparky, you must stay inside, unless momcat or dadcat take you outside on a leash. The outside world can be cruel. You have a wonderful family stay with them inside.
