Arrival Story:
I picked Bosco from a litter of Devons. When I arrived I was pretty sure I would pick the pointed female….but Bosco convinced me otherwise. Because he was still so young I couldn't bring him home that day, but he and his brother (now named Alfred Hitchcat...isn't that a great name?) came to visit me at my apartment. That was so fun!!!! A few weeks later he came home with us. He meowed all the way home and for several days after. He has the strangest meow....it's more like a duck quack. There was a point when I thought the constant meowing would never end, and eventually it did, but not before he was officially named "Bosco Soprano". :-) ;-) The name fits…he is quite vocal to this day.
Bio:
Bosco was born on Memorial Day, 2001 and came to live with us in August 2001. He is a chocolate devon rex. Bosco has never met a cardboard box that couldn't be stood on or jumped into and loves to go on car rides to Dairy Queen in the summer time. No DQ treats for this kitty -- the car ride is treat enough. :-) His favorite pastimes are exploring small spaces (including the refrigerator, freezer and closets), hunting houseflies, snuggling with me and playing any game with my husband. He has very soft fur...it's softest after a bath, which he doesn't mind too much as long as the water is warm.
