Arrival Story:
Sierra was found with her sister Slinky. I got them from a girl on the street who was crying her mom was making her get rid of them. I took them home, intending on taking the to the shelter. When I got home I realized they had fleas really bad. So I put advantage on them and combed them. I fed them. I loved them. They never made it to the shelter. They were already home.
Bio:
Sierra was a small girl her whole life. She was energetic, and full of life. Very healthy. Imagine my shock and horror when on Oct. 23, 2002 Sierra coughed, fell over, and crossed to the bridge. I rushed her to the vet, it was hard to drive with tears in my eyes. They tried but could not bring life back into her furry little body. They determined she had a heart problem all her life that was never detected. My sweet baby had a short life, but she certainly had a good life. We miss you Baby Sierra.
