Arrival Story:
A litter of kittens was abandoned on the doorstep of the vet clinic where I work. All but one were adopted out. One weekend when I had to spend a lot of time at the clinic, I visited a lot with the remaining kitten and fell in love since he was so brave with my rowdy dog. Now he is a big fraidy cat and is scared of almost everything, but not the dog

Bio:
As a kitten, he was more short haired, but had white lines around his eyes that gave the impression of bad eye liner, making him look like a female impersonator. Somehow the name Rex came out of that. But when he turned out to be a (love) biter, I changed it to T-Rex and added the My later, to make him "mighty Rex"

I'm a Scaredy Cat

Scary plastic bag

One day, when I was just about a year old, mummy was carrying me. I love to be carried, but she walked into the living room and I saw something I didn't know what it was, so I panicked and jumped out of mummy's arms. I scratched her pretty good, but I didn't mean to. It turns out it was just a plastic bag. I had never seen a plastic bag in the living room before, so I guess it could have been a monster.

Mummy tells lots of other owners of scaredy cats how silly I am that I run from plastic bags so their owners don't feel like they have the scarediest cat of all

Scared of mummy's new friend

My mummy has a new boyfriend. He is nice, he has his own cat, but I am scared of everything and everyone and so I run when he moves.

One day, when mummy was in the main bathroom, I didnt realize her friend was in the bedroom, and I thought it was mummy getting out of the bed, so I ran up to him and rubbed against his legs and really enjoyed getting the pets he gave me. I had never got close enough to him to let him pet me before. Apparently he yelled out to mummy to come see how brave I was, that I was getting pets from the scarey man.

When mummy walked in the room, I looked at her, looked at him and panicked. I thought it was mummy rubbing me, and now I was scared, so I ran and hid under the chair. Ever since that day, though I have been brave and let Bruce pet me, but I still run when he moves. I even sit beside him in the lounge chair now to get pets
