Our hollerday weekend will be "celebrated" inside. It has been raining mostly for two weeks. There is flooding all around Big Sky Country. We do not hafta worry, but it might be interesting getting to town if the big old mean Missouri River backs up the little creek that is between our house and town. Hmmm...maybe I will not hafta go to see Unkl Dr. with Peekie the next time. Maybe Peekie will not even hafta go.

I got in trouble this morning for chasing Peekie too much. Honest, I was just feeling real energetic. I did not mean to hurt her; I just wanted to run, Run, RUN through the house. Mama said I had bugs up my hiney, whatever that means...

Everything was OK until mama heard Peekie squeak. She came in and found me trying to swallow a mouthful of Peekie's fur. I didn't pull on it; it just jumped onto my tongue. Bad fur!

Mama got the laser toy, but I don't like that one much. Peekie ran and ran and ran, chasering the laser. She never did catch it. She does not understand it is a trick just to make her eksersize.

I waited until mama got out the feather teaser with bells on it. Then I leaped and chased after it and grabbed it in my paws and bit it with my big sharp teeth. Mama kept making the teaser go until I flopped down on the carpet and would not move.

Time for a long rainy day nap...
