Who is this "askew," and why does he keep telling on me? Mama was straightening up the house this evening. She walked over to the parlor table in the living room and said, "Gunnarr, you have been naughty. Why do you keep jumping up here and playing with the dried arrangement in great grandma's vase?"
Well, I didn't know it was great grandma's vase, and I have never met her anyway. Of course I keep jumping up to play with the arrangement. There are little skinny birch branches with dried leaves on them. They make the most WONDERFUL toy. I could have tried to tell mama all this, but instead I just looked at her like "SO?"
Then she said something about how she could always tell when I'd been up there because things were "askew." I wish askew would quit tattling on me. He is ruining my fun.
Hi Gunnarr, Grammy put all that stuff away. With 18 of us in the house it's almost impossible to have things out. She alway says it's not her house anymore, it's the cats..... She and Meowmy might even have to get child gurard locks for the cabinets. Zelda is learning very quickly I might ad how to open cabinet doors with her claws. She will work at it until one opens. MOL! Hope you don't get into to muc trouble being a kitten. We love you and have a great day.

I know how ya feel about that Askew guy. Mom knows when I've been up sneaking around on the breakfast bar. She left the house and left a whole new package of bright mousies up there. I only got one to play with. I didn't think that was too fair; the others weren't doin' anything- just sleepin in the package. So I jumped up and brought the package down on the floor. I was only able to get one other mousie to come out of the pkg and play, but he was lots of fun. The problem was that Mom came home and saw someone had been on the counter. Me 'n Ollie just pretended some bad cat broke in and tried to steal the mousies. That made us the good guys 'cause we rescued the mousies from the bad guys and saved the day!!! love, Merry
