Arrival Story:
I went to the shelter to get a kitty. I looked at them all. I wanted to get a better look at this kitty. I opened the door to her cage. She leaped out onto my shoulder, started purring and rubbing all over me. How could I say no to that? I was her chosen one.

Bio:
Smore is a former stray. When I got her she was thin, dirty, and hungry for food and attention. She was named Smore because she is always asking for smore attention. And she is the correct color. She has been taken to many shows, and consistantly takes Best Household Pet Longhair. She even took Best in Show at our county fair in Aug 2004. She loves going to shows and getting lots of attention. January 2006 Smore was diagnosed as hyperthyroid. On December 16, 2008 Smore broke her jaw and had to be helped to cross the rainbow bridge.
